Sound quality was not good. I used this when playing Valorant, i could not hear where footsteps are coming from. The vibration only made it worse

RUN AWAY

I've bought this headset for three people and all have busted in unique ways.
My tale begins,
my eyes snagging on this completely ugly (respectfully) headset. It has all the features I want. I figure its worth it to be a little ugly for the sake of having a good headset. I purchase it for myself. I find it to be good.
My partner's headset gives out. We decide, hey we should replace it with this wonderfully working ugly headset. We buy it for them.
A few weeks later my headset becomes looser and looser. It has somehow stretched out and doesn't hug my head *at all* I'm lucky this doesn't fall off my head more.
6months later
Our friend's headset busted, we buy them this thinking.. Still good features, my partner's is going well. ;(
And in the next few weeks my partner's busts. the left ear piece completely snaps and disconnects from the rest of the headset, dangling by the wires. The headset stops working entirely over the course of a week. Only so much duct tape can do.
In the following week our friend contacts us to ask if we had a warranty. Their wiring in the headset is screwey and it doesn't work anymore.
In this time when my partner's headset busted we contacted the company and they got about halfway into replacing our headset and customer support dissapeared. we email again... nothing...
We give up and get a refund on my friends and we are running to different headsets. Was a good product until WOW it breaks in so many ways.
