Can't really beat these for the price. Extremely comfortable even after many hours, shockingly great sound quality, great mic, long high quality braided cord. It looks pretty great too tbh. Don't waste a lot of money on more expensive headsets. If you need a good wired headset, this is it.

To put it short and simple, this headset is trash. As of 12/30/2024 the headset is just a buggy mess with the ICUE software (Corsair's app that lets you accesses all the features of the headset. Out of box the headset did not get recognized by corsair. At first I didn't mind since I didn't care for the features. But I found out the Microphone was EXTREMELEY LOW. My friends could hardly hear me on most games or applications. The only way to raise the volume was to download ICUE and raise the mic volume in there. (FYI I am a tech savvy guy and did everything within windows to raise the mic's volume) It seems only ICUE can properly raise the mic's volume substantially without a third party software (which I never trust). I had a ton of headaches trying to repair my installation of ICUE as it one of the buggiest software's to put on your pc's for a multitude of reasons but required to accesses many features of the ICUE products. After 2 hours, I HAD TO REINSTALL WINDOWS. The program was just that corrupted, but reinstalling it finally recognized this headset. In the end, I was able to turn up my mic....until the mic broke. AHHHHHHHHHH. The mic turns on when flipped down and off when flipped up. So after only being used for 2 weeks, the mics mechanism must of broke and was perpetually on the mute option even if the mic was flipped down. (FYI again, I take care of my electronics) I really gave this headset a chance but before the mic died on me. The headset day one out of box seemed to be faulty. On the left earphone, there would be this random tiny beep you can't get rid off. I discovered this was caused by the adapter piece that came with the headphones. So everything was faulty out of box. The only way to get rid of the beep was removing the usb adapter off the jack and using jack. Which in turn loses all the ICUE features and lessens the audio quality. Once again I tried everything, reinstalling drivers, ICUE, trying different USB ports, etc etc. Name it and I did it. My theory is the adapter was faulty or getting some type or interference. It also may have been 3.1 Surround audio feature being buggy with the audio systems. Regardless of what mode stereo or 3.1 the beep is still there. Which btw, the 3.1 surround sound is a total scam and really not a big difference in quality and wont give you a "competitive edge" with games. You really can't tell the difference. In the end, I am giving the review 1 star for ruining a few nights of mine with technological headaches and wasting my time. But I factored in that if this headset was functional it would perfectly acceptable. I think the wire length is also kind of small for the price you pay as well. Anyways I purchased this headset on sale for 40 dollars which I think is where it should be priced. Don't waste a 100 dollars on this. There are much better headsets. Look at the Hyper X headsets, logitech astro, and if you have the money the steel series artic. Just do more research and you will find better alternatives. I returned my headset to best buy today and stopped buying corsair and switched to hyper x. So far no issues with my hyper x alpha wired headset. Long wire, Controllable mic features and volume on the wire. All for 70 (usually a 100), once again bought on sale at best buy. I am posting this review here thought to warn any future purchases towards this headset. There are better options at the market even if the headset was fully functional. Save your money.

I just recently purchased this headset for a black friday deal after much research and it is on first impression excellent. You can tell Corsair put the work in, with a metal frame, excellent mic, and at least on PC the Dolby 7.1 audio is incredible for the media that support it. I haven't gamed on it too much about 5-6 hrs so I am giving it a 4 star because I don't know about its long term durability yet. I will update this review after a couple of months of gaming.

Good sound good feel worth the price especially on a sale.

Bought this for my 13 yr old son for his first gaming PC. Works perfectly for game sound and chat. Said it’s even better than the Turtle Beach he has for the Xbox and it cost about half of what that did. Definitely would recommend!

The headset is good if you are playing solo. I can hear footsteps pretty good on games like Fortnite & COD. Pretty durable & comfortable but the only thing about this headset is the mic. My friends always tell me that I cause an echo & they can hear my gameplay & themselves. I figure this happens bc the headset is pretty loud & the mic is pretty short so it can pick up the audio coming for the headset. So if you playing with friends maybe get another set.

Good product, has noise cancelling sound, fit comfortably, decent price. Customer service didn't know to much about product. Works well with pc.

Needed a headset for work, went with wired for clarity purposes. This headset works great, and is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. For the money this is an amazing headset and would recommend it for any application. Only thing I would suggest is giving the ability to use the microphone on either side.

Preferring wired, this headset is awesome, comfortable and the sound is excellent. If you are using a headset a lot each day this set makes the wearing so nice.

All around great headset. Cancels outside noise and picks up detailed sound effects in games.

These headphones are perfect for everything. Stereo audio, a good microphone, and great durability. They work with my PC, Xbox Series X, and my PS5. The microphone quality isn't professional voice acting level good, but perfect for general gaming or audio call use.

Easy to use, good sound, includes USB adapter which is the whole reason I got these headphones. The only thing I wish was better was the volume, they sound good, but don't get very loud. I can still game with them and use them for my music, overall good quality for the money.

This had my favorite sound of the three similarly priced headsets I tried out. I also appreciate having the 7.1 surround USB adapter, as my laptop’s built in audio is OK but not great. Feels lightweight and comfy to me. Try a few models out and see what you like.

I’ve had these for a while now. I usually wait to give my reviews to see how the product holds up. I would give these a 4/5 they are very reliable quality is good havent had any issues with this. Only reason I’m giving a 4 and not a 5 is because there’s always room for improvement. They are budget friendly and reliable.

Great headset! Have had this headset for abour 6 months now and they have proven to be high quality. Comfy to wear for long hours at a time, have never had discomfort. Fantastic sound quality as well!

Very good sound, usb adapter works perfect. Very comfortable, not as comfortable as the Corsair void pro but still perfect for a big guy with a big head playing wow for 4 hours straight.
