There is also a shortage within 2 weeks of usage. Otherwise the sound is great and really works well with 3D audio and the mic is great and functions well.

One issue is sometimes the right side cuts in and out and i have to mess with the connection.ive had it probably a month maybe less and it has happened 2x.

The cushion around the ear is quite soft, but not too soft. So far, no issues with the headset. Audio quality is average, but that's not really why I bought it. I just needed something for work related video calls.
