The Corsair HS70 Pro is a decent wireless headset. It came with a detachable MIC witch is what I was wanting because I don't use my headset's mic. I use a stand alone MIC that has better quality. They are pretty comfortable. The battery life is "ok" they can last around 12 - 14 hours on a full charge constantly running. I say "ok" because the last headset I had, wasn't a "gaming" headset, lasted almost 3 days on a full charge. The sound is only decent and only if you use the stereo mode. I am actually disappointed in the sound quality. It is passable but not great, which is what I would expect them to be. I do not use the virtual surround sound mode as it "muddies" up the sound and it some cases gives a "murky" underwater sound. Would I buy them again, suggest someone to buy or give them as a gift? If they were on sale at $69.99 USD maybe but would be a no at $99.99 USD. I would suggest other headsets or even a wired headset at that price point.

Not a bad headset. Does the job for FPS games almost as well as its mlre expensive competitors.

A fantastic headset, with crisp sound and no "extras". It's straight to the point. Other ratings mention "flaws" like the mic being only on the left, and other minor annoyances that are legitimate, but not a factor for me. I bought this as a wireless headset for my computer, and haven't had a single issue yet in regards to audio disconnection. Mic seems to be fine as well, haven't had any complaints from friends. It's a fantastic headset. I personally use it for gaming and have no regrets since purchase.

Comfortable ear padding and headband padding. Volume and mute button on side are very helpful. Battery lasts about 12 hours.

Mic is great and they sound too tier considering the price tag. All though to get 7.1 surround sound you need the PC software to enable it.
