Comfy on the head and easy buttons to find. Bluetooth on is point. Give it a year and ill review again if the connection quality holds out.

I was looking for a headset that didn't have the obnoxious design of most gaming headset but was still of quality. These fit the bill perfectly

Pretty good, would prefer more clamping force, surprisingly good bass, quick and easy to setup and connect, wish battery life was longer, wish they were cheaper (went on sale for $80 after I purchased them)

This is the second one I got of this one. It is a wonderful headset and could definitely recommend. I got this because it is a great color.

I needed a comfortable headset with mic for 10 plus hours per day in the phone. These are so comfortable and cushy, especially the headband.

These headphones are terrible. Corsair usually makes pretty good products, but these are an exception. I bought them in August of 2020 and immediately had problems out of the box. There were constant audio pops and stutters that were only present in the headphones (i.e. no other output source from my computer). There was also a major delay in connection. I have the dongle plugged directly into my computer, not using any extensions, and the headset would sometimes take up to 20 second to connect. Furthermore, about once a day, the headset would clip and act as if both it and the source volume were maxed beyond what the headset could handle. It hurt my ears terribly as well as made whatever I was listening to (music, video or games) impossible to hear. I checked for software updates but none ever existed. I opened a support ticket with Corsair as the set was still under warranty. They replaced them for me, with the exact same model. Same problems, no change. Once again, got another replacement, and same problems. Long story short, skip this headset at all costs. Spend the extra $30 or more to get something else. I still enjoy Corsair products, but will NEVER use a headset from them ever again!

Easy to use but must download software to get most features.

I will say it does say it's not for xbox one but upon reading reviews it says you can buy an adapter to make it work. We bought 3 different ones and finally returned them. So can't speak to quality but the feel of them were soft and I was really impressed with the construction of them.
