Not what I expected especially for the price. There’s no noise cancellation, you hear a little buzzing sound the whole time the headset is on, battery dies pretty quick, and I feel like the sound comes in and out.

Definitely sound good I give them that , but 2 months later and won’t hold the charge and the return option is no longer valid …

This product was ok the sound quality is ok but the microphone is what I didn’t like. There was no background sound canceling. I think if there was at least a little bit of sound canceling I wouldn’t have minded the product.

After a couple months the headset will randomly turn on and off by its self mic will also cut out not very comfortable either only thing really good about it is the battery

At first it wouldn't charge then after unplugging and replugging it in it started to charge. However it doesnt hold a charge. It only last 4 hours. I bought this because I work from home and I work 10 hour shifts. I need to return this.

For the money I am very pleased with the sound quality of these. They are comfortable and have good battery life. 2 x 8 hour days before needing a charge. I do wish the wireless dongle could be avoided and just work with the Bluetooth of my laptop or desktop. This would be less to connect when ports can be at a premium. I have the CORSAIR - VIRTUOSO RGB and I think these are more practical and comfortable. The Virtuoso's feel like they are a bit tight on my head. I cannot tell much sound difference between the 2 pairs so I would save the money unless you want the RGB feature and get these.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have owned this headset for not even a full calendar year and it will not hold a battery charge. It states that it is supposed to last up to 16 hours, SOMETIMES it will last 45 minutes. - The best part is, bestbuy wouldn't even stand behind this product. So if you buy one, and its defective and you don't realize that.. you are out of luck. Purchase any other headset than this one, and purchase from anywhere other than bestbuy.

Been using these for 3 months now and I regret buying the Corsair HS70 Pro Wireless Headset. The mic quality is terrible and there's always this white noise when I'm talking no matter what I do. Audio is just okay, not that great. There's also this weird clicking noise that happens sometimes for no reason. Yes the headset does look nice, but as for comfort, I can't wear this thing for more than 2 hours before my head starts to hurt. Corsair should've added more padding to the top. This was my first wireless headset, but for the price, I'd rather just go back to my HyperX Cloud II. These are so overpriced for the quality that you get.

The HS70 Pro will actually be my first time trying out Corsair headphones. Normally I don’t pay attention to PC wireless headphones since I own a laptop with Bluetooth built-in and because of the lack of console support. This particular model has wireless support for PC and PS4 and it works flawlessly without the need for a base. Set up was quick and easy with just plugging in the USB adapter to your PC or PS4. PS4 automatically recognizes it and adjusts the settings for playback through the headphones including mic support. On the PC side, you do get additional options to customize the sound via the iCUE app. You can enable 7.1 surround mode and 4 equalizer settings to choose from (Pure Direct, FPS Competition, Clear Chat, and Bass Boost). The app also handles updates for the headset. Build quality is top-notch solid aluminum construction surrounded by soft plush leather material. They’re a little bit on the heavy side but still light enough to be worn for a couple of hours. The ear cups are adjustable and do a good job of locking in place. The ear pads have this thick plush memory foam that makes them very comfortable for those long gaming sessions. As for the style, they’re very similar to what Corsair been doing around this lineup of headphones. Grill mesh on the outside of the ear cup with the logo. They remind me of the Beats headphones. I do like the color scheme black with a cream headband. They’re a nice looking pair of headphones with a subtle design. On the left side, you have the volume knob and mute switch along with the micro USB port to charge the headset. The mic is also detachable. On the right side is the power button. One thing I did not like about using wireless headphones is the lack of loudness. Corsair packed in some 50mm neodymium audio drivers that deliver on sound quality. In return, you get a nice punchy bass with some crisp treble. For the 7.1 surround sound, it sounds a lot more like an expanded stereo effect to me. Mic worked well on PC and PS4. I didn’t experience any audio drops when using it on my PS4 and PC. Overall for the asking price you get a good wireless headset that works well with PC and PS4. The USB dongle doesn’t take up much space and fewer cables you have to deal with. For the next version, I would like compatibility with the Xbox console and USB C charging instead of the aging Micro USB port. If you’re a PS4 gamer or even on PC you can’t go wrong the Corsair HS70 Pro.

Headset is very glitchy. Some reason there are RANDOM HIGH PITCH NOISES that go off. Tried to call best buy for support TODAY and I waited on the phone for 50 minutes and just hung up because I got tired of waiting.

I used this headset for gaming as well as working from home. The headset is not comfortable for longer than two hours. After six days of owning this headset, the drivers blew out and began to peak(sound really bad).

The buying process was good. The product is a dissapointment. The headphones stopped working after a sofware update. I could not find a remedy, so I am returning the product.

Battery life is like 8 hours not 18. Dongle breaks easily, and the audio is not great. The Void PRO is way better.

Terrible! Poor sound quality can barely hear anything with volume max. They are comfortable thats all they have going for them

only reason i gave 2 stars is because of the sound quality but this device broke after a few weeks not made with good metrial

So I received my Corsair HS70 Pro Wirless Gaming Headset last week and have been putting it through its paces. Inside the package along with the standard user documentation is the headset with detachable mic, the micro USB charging cable, and the wireless USB transmitter. After allowing the headset to fully charge, I plugged in the USB transmitter into my Acer Aspire Gaming laptop to test out a few games. I've tested several different brand headsets over the last couple of years and must say that the Corsair is not only stylish but also very comfortable. The headband at the top can be adjusted to ensure an appropriate fit. The earcuffs are also very comfortable and do not tend to add unwanted pressure on your ears that's currently present in other brands I've tested. The just fit very well and comfortable. The right earcuff contains only the power button, while the left earcuff has the volume control and mute button. All controls and buttons work as they should and are simple and easy to reach without having to remove the headset. When I started using the headset, one thing I noticed is the amazing clarity of the sound as well as the quality of the sound. Background sounds (within the games) that are normally low came through loud and clear. Talking and chatting with others during games was very easy and clear as well. The mute button works wonders when needing to mute to make a quick bathroom break (LOL). For the price range of these headset and the quality, I would recommend this Corsair HS70 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset for anyone looking for a nice PC/Playstation 4 gaming headset.

I find the sound quality to be decent for these being wireless headphones. I have tried them with both gaming and various music genres and feel that a place on your desk. The 7.1 surround audio effect was okay, but not cinema quality by any means. It does add a layer to gaming, especially in FPS type games, with directional audio cues. Don't get me wrong, the surround sound works fine on this headset, it just doesn't sound like a room full of speakers to me. They are comfortable for hours of gameplay and have a decent battery life. The microphone is detachable, in case you can't find an easy way to the mute the mic for extended periods. I like the aesthetics of this headset. Only on a rare occasion does the audio crackle, but I'm typing this with my cell phone between the USB adapter and the headset while listening to music. Good all around.

This Corsair unit is great for the price. My issue is with the 15 day return policy. I ordered three units thinking I can use it with Discord and communicate via bluetooth with the Pro model. It does not. I needed the Bluetooth model. Unfortunately, it took me awhile to figure this out but by then, i was 6 days past the return policy. Best Buy would not let me exchange or return. Beware of return policy.

Wasn’t worth for gaming I’m gonna be honest , too much to adjust and no good sound settings.

It was not noted online that it was for ps only and I needed xbox one. It was a birthday gift for my son and when we tried to return it 3 weeks from the order date we weren't able to because you have a two week policy that I wasn't aware about. The manager was rude and pointed to the box where it said ps and not xbox obviously I didn't see it until it came in and it wasn't listed appropriately online. I will never purchase anything from this store again.
