Sound Quality is mediocre. The audio configuration isn't 7 channels as advertised. In addition, the battery doesn't last very long.

Loud and good base for wireless headphones but the build quality sucks beyond belief both sides of the headphones are already broke

I had it for 1 week and the mic broke. Comfy headset tho and mic quality isn’t bad

the sales associate assured me it was blue tooth and it is not... i has a dongle that plugs into the usb port. I charged up the headset as per instructions and they would not work. the instructions were useless...i mean useless... i really wanted them to work... they looked great and had a good reviews but they just would not work... long delays with customer service... so i gave up and returned them to Best Buy.

Returned because they clamped SO TIGHTLY on my head I developed pain on the center of my ear. Specifically they put pressure on the spot between my jaw and my neck and that's what caused my inner ear pain. The sound quality was very dull. I don't understand how people think these sound good let alone where them for longer than 5 minutes.

Can’t recommend this headset. Read the reviews online and it looked solid but didn’t live up to the expectations. The customizing options were good but couldn’t get any of the settings to stick. On top of that my friends I was playing with online had trouble hearing me. Considering I was replacing a headset for the same reason I decided to go with the HyperX cloud flight. It was a good choice.

I kept thinking I was doing something wrong because I couldn't get the battery to charge. It would just blink red, amber, red, amber, no matter where I tried to charge it. After a few days of frustration, I got on the Corsair forum, and GUESS WHAT? This has been an issue for this model since 2018! And it's still a problem. Do not buy this model. Oh, and now the return period is over for returning it.

Not what I expected for the price. Sound cuts out quite often and battery life is pretty bad.

This headset is awful. First of all, the microphone quality is horrible. it sounds like talking on a walky talky. Secondly, there is an obnoxious popping sound that will randomly spike through your ears at the worst of times. The sound quality is okay, but definitely not worth the price that is paid. Very disappointed in Corsair, will definitely be getting a refund.

At the start this headset was great but like 2-3 months later the sound quality is awful its so low even when I put it in the max volume, and even worse since this headset has a side tone since the volume is so low you can hear the of the side tone more than the actual sound and dont get me started on the mic quality its terrible.

I’ve had them for 2 months and took great care of them. They stopped charging and don’t work. Very trash product. Everything on it is cheap and plastic. My old headset were turtlebeach and I used them from 2017 up until 2021. They started giving me issues 4 years later and this trash took 2 months. Terrible product.

Stopped working well after about 2 months of use. Constant static, and popping when turned on. Really loud buzzing while charging as well. Unfortunately I am outside of the return window on Bestbuy, and Corsair's RMA support refuses to offer any sort of replacement or credit for an upgrade to a different model.

Unstable connection. Ended up returning. I will look for something else.

They are comfortable but they have a very annoying buzzing sound at all times.

I have 3 gaming headsets. Currently, I have the Razer Kraken V2 7.1 surround sound, HyperX Cloud Mix, and the Arctis Pros. Now, I have thrown these Corsairs into the mix. I'll save you guys some time and put these in order from my favorite to least favorite in case you don’t want to read my entire review. 1. Steel Series Arctis Pro 2. HyperX Cloud Mix 3. Corsair HS70 Pro 4. Razer Kraken V2 7.1 If you have tried any of these headsets that should give you an idea of where these headsets sit on the totem pole, at least for me. The problem with these Corsairs is mainly two things, battery life, and software. The most important thing about wireless headsets is their battery life. I timed these in at 6 hours with surround sound on. That’s dreadful. It means if you have a decent session with your friends and you forget to plug them in when you're done, you are in trouble next time. Gaming should be relaxing, not something that requires you to remember to plug stuff in so your not in trouble next time. A small complaint I have is that there is no aux port. Sometimes you just want a simple solution to listening to music and an aux port is a great feature. However, an aux port seems to be a vintage technology at this point, so it's not a serious complaint. A larger issue is the software that corsair has for these headphones. It’s the worst of the 4 headphones I own. It has crashed way too many times and takes over 10 seconds to load when it does. I have a solid-state drive and a high-end CPU there is no reason for this to happen. This by far has been the biggest hamstring for me. I enjoy changing EQ’s often to accommodate the listening setting. Movies, music, and games should have different EQ’s and this software makes it virtually impossible to use. The positives for this headset are short and sweet. Good sound, great build quality, and good button layout. A really nice positive I like is the detachable mic. That’s a nice quirky feature that I think more headsets should use. At the end of the day, I think if they fixed the software this could be a good option considering the price point.

Returned due to the fact they are highley uncomfortable and terrible sound. There's a very apparent buzzing in the left ear when connected and when i looked into it it's a common problem. It also dropped connectivity at least 5 times an hour. Definitely avoid.

The Good: Sound quality is quite good, with little to no delay while the sound is transmitted from dongle to headphone. The range is really great. I was able to go a good 50 feet away from the PC with them on with little to no degrading of sound. What made it more surprising is the fact there were multiple walls between me and the PC. Battery life is very good. I would recommend a full charge before first use. Charging seems very fast, getting to a green light did not take long on first charge. The Bad: They are a good quality headphone, but something makes them feel cheap. I am not sure if it is the weight or the headband. I cannot put a finger on what gives that impression. The power button is kind of wonky. If I do not have them to my ear, I am not sure if the power is turning off or on. I kept getting random messages saying they would be powered down after 5 minutes of inactivity while I was using them. They never powered off, but it was annoying. Some odd choices with these headphones. A micro-usb cable is used for charging, however there is not a wired mode for the headphones. You still need to use the wireless dongle while charging if you are using them and they require a charging. IF you have a limited amount of USB ports, this has a USB A dongle and charging cord. You could easily use up two ports on the headphones if the charge is low. As mentioned, the connections are USB A, so if you plan on using with a cell phone or a laptop with only USB-C ports, make sure you have a USB C dongle for your dongle. The cover for the mic port comes completely off the headphones. It is small and really easy to lose. The memory foam does not seem to hold its shape. Overall these are good headphones. I can’t say they are great and I can’t say avoid them either. If you can try them out and they feel good to you, you won’t be disappointed in the purchase. I would recommend with the caveat being I strongly recommend trying them before purchasing.

Was expecting high quality with these being as Corsair is a highly recommended brand in the pc gaming industry. Sound quality is mediocre at best. Voice chat quality is so bad. Battery won’t charge past 37%. Just get the Logitech Pro X headphones.
