    I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with these headphones. I have used some Corsair products before, and many many similar headsets. These achieve the most important thing I look for in a new headset. A great balance of quality, and price. The headset is comfortable. It fits my big head well, and the kids can wear it as well no problem. The sound is crisp, and they get pretty loud without distortion. The detachable mic is a good feature I pretty much need this in a headset nowadays. These were tested on pc. Setup was extremely simple. I am very pleased with these. Overall if you are like me, and don't need the best of the best but instead want something that will hold up to daily use by the whole family, something that has good sound, and won't break the bank look no further.

    MIC JUST DIED AFTER A MONTH OF USE DO NOT BUY. I'm absolutely furious. One of if not the most important things to a headset just completely stopped working. AVOID THIS BRAND OF HEADSET AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

    Piece of JUNK! Had this for less than 3 months and the Left plastic piece broke off. Like such a expensive headset just to break. Get something better that is not plastic!

    When I first got them they were great but after a few days I had major issues with it not charging at all the sound quality was not great I expected it to be more clear but it wasn’t the mic from what people told me it sucked I will give this 3 out of 10

    Design flaw, broken part

    After five months of heavy but not abusive use, a small plastic hinge above the left ear piece has broken. It appears a lot of stress is placed on this cheap part and it is an obvious design flaw. Otherwise great headphones but now unusable.

    Lasted all of 6 months, this is the second time I took a chance on Corsair and honestly it seems like their build quality is subpar yet they’re only marginally cheaper than Logitech/razer/steelseries. Go with a different brand.

    This item is trash. I've used a total of 2 hours, rest of the time it just cuts out to the put I switch back to my wired headset. Do not buy this item unless you just to waist money for no reason.

    battery holds barely any charge after a year

    audio quality is fine but the wireless batteries for this headset dies to almost nothing after less than a year. thought my first pair was a fluke, but it happened to the second too. not acceptable.

    Broke I want a refund

    The mic broke down on me in less than two or three months. I kept it in good condition and yet the plug in part broke. I want a refund or a replacement! I’ve had these headsets before and they did the job very well until this one

    Good quality hearing ! Had it around a month almost two everything is working fine but now I have to REPLACE MY MIC attachment already ! No voice when I speak. I tried my settings and still no voice on my end !

    What a waste of money! After a month of use it will no longer charge and is useless. Can't get a refund or replacement. Will not purchase anything through Best Buy again.

    I just purchased these to replace my turtle beaches that I’ve had for 6 years! These broke within two months. The small strip with screws by the earphones popped off and the screws are somehow stripped.

    Bestbuy scammed me

    Bestbuy knowingly sold me a faulty product and won't allow me to return them. Loud buzzing in both ears when in use. I've tried all options to try and fix these but to no avail.

    Sound quality of a tin can. Wont charge past 85% out of the box. iCue app isnt optimized and next to useless. And Best Buy cant even get me a replacement 2 weeks after purchase. Waste of money.

    The CORSAIR - HS70 PRO Wireless Stereo Gaming Headset - Cream was not compatible with Microsoft - Xbox One X 1 which I ordered for my son. I ended up giving the head set to a friend.

    Really sad that I gave these a try, really feels like a step down from the cheaper model of Corsairs I bought, I don't really recommend for ps4/5 users.

    Wouldn't charge

    Left it to charge for 14 hours the first night. Wouldn't get to a full charge so charged it for an entire 24 hours and still didn't get to a full charge. Returned it.

    Headset hinges starting breaking. I got this product on 4/7/2020, it’s 8/15/2020. I am so upset. I take care of my stuff, and this headset is just made cheaply.

    After 32 days of having the Corsair HS70 pro the audio jack is permanently damaged after one accidental drop on carpet... pretty horrible quality if you ask me
