    The mike jack only loosely fit in the jack. Rather taping it with electrical tape I returned it. Do not buy this model.

    Poor quality poor microphone The mic is way too quite. It can barely be heard. A twenty dollar, 4 year old wired headset is much better.

    Very quiet on ps and PC. Without downloading 3rd party software for PC there is no way to get the mic volume increased

    One of earmuffs has no sound at all and we tried every solution so we've concluded that one of the wires must be broken.

    It just randomly stopped working with the ps5 I can’t hear audio and can’t talk EXTREMELY disappointed

    For the last week I have been testing the new Corsair HS70 Pro wireless Gaming headphones and I am definitely impressed. These Headphones are Corsairs mid level headphones however, they give high end headphones a run for their money.   My favorite part of these headphones is the looks, sound quality and volume. They have a gorgeous cream quilted head pad and look like open back headphones even though they aren't. If you download the ICUE software you are able to adjust the sound field, levels and switch from stereo to 7.1 sound and I have to say the 7.1 sound field is amazing! When gaming you will definitely be able to tell what direction the action is coming from. As for the volume these are the loudest headphones I have used. Some of my dislikes are that the dongle is a little long, there is no Bluetooth and the hinge for the ear cups don't allow for much articulation. With all that being said it is a really good headset and they definitely get my recommendation..

    I don’t know what’s wrong, it’s not charging. It’s just 3 weeks. Sound quality is okay but these troubles not acceptable.
