Coming from turtle beach, I was skeptical on the quality I was about to face in these. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised as these are one of the more comfy pairs of headsets I’ve ever owned. Usually my ears ache from having the headphones on for extended periods of time but these leave no such mark. I’m also shocked on the range that these will work, however that being said, when on discord I can usually listen up to about a 25-30 ft range but usually I get no comms to talk back to my group. The sound quality is also very good and I play a lot of PUBG where it’s a big deal, so I feel like I usually have the upper hand as I usually will have a better idea where gunfire or footsteps are coming from. My only dislike of this headset is the battery life, which can be anywhere from 6-7 hours. It’s a pretty decent charge time but it almost makes me feel like why get wireless? But at the end of the day it does the job for a low price tag. I would highly recommend if you’re in for a good gaming headset.

Plug and play setup, with amazing sound on my PS4! The chat works great and everyone hears what I say very clearly. I love the comfortable and simple design, I can wear these for hours and the sound is perfect.

For $100 this is a very good headset for its price. Mic quality is decent, very comfortable, great battery life, and overall good quality headset. Has good flex to the earcups so they can adjust to your ears and head shape, headband is very comfortable so you can game or do work without it being awkward.

I bought these Corsair headphones along with the K65 60% keyboard, I have to say I may be a Corsair guy now. I wanted these for work so I could actively move around the house while working / gaming. The mic quality actually shocked me even after watching a couple reviews on youtube. Mic is better than your typical headset mic. If you buy these you for sure want to download the iCue software from Corsairs website to really take full advantage of these. I saw a couple people complaining about build quality which was kinda strange since I feel like this is a quality headset through and through. I can wear these 9-5 for work and forget they are on my head. For reference I was using the Steelseries 9X's before this and like these more (and they are $100's cheaper)

Amazing headset. Exactly what you want. Comfort, sound quality, durability. The low battery beeping is really annoying and I don't believe there's any way to disable. Some slight and rare connectivity issues but not bad. My favorite pair of headphones yet and perfect for the price.

Sound and build quality is excellent, but after only a few days of use, I got disconnect and connection errors, these seemed to fix themselves after a week or two. Now I am having to return it due to a faulty battery.

Best bang for buck for wireless with deep bass.

Where to begin! Okay, Im a music and gaming head and I needed both of best worlds with wireless capabilities for work also. This headset is the best bang for your buck to date for a gaming headset with great sound and bass. I came from a wired old school 2014 Steelseries headset that lasted 5 years and offered amazing bass and overall raddled my ears with bass and clear sound. Fast forward Ive had Corsair Void pros, Logitech G935s. I just returned my Logitech Pro wireless X for these and saved money and im very satisfied. These HS70s beat all the wireless ones ive had IMO. Ive heard the Arctis 7p wireless and one other wireless Steelseries and they dont compare to these. The bass is DEEP and POWERFUL for a budget wireless headset. I was completely blown away when I started Youtube music listening to it while i write this review. I dont understand why this gaming headset is 100 bucks. Completely blown away! Its so loud that i have to turn the volume down. Once you open iCUE and play with the equalizer, you wont regret buying these.

Had a lof of good reviews, but

I've had this head set for several months now. I like the fit, I like the sound, when I can get it to work. Not sure what is going on but several times in the last three weeks, the head set will turn on, be working fine, and then just quit. Doing a soft reset will usually bring back the sound, but the mic will be inoperable. Pressing the mute button will have no results. Sometimes, the voice announcement will not even function. Sometimes I hear the power on beeps, sometimes not. As I usually play with friends using Discord, the mic is important. These issues happen regardless of battery state; today the head set had been charging all day, and had only been on an hour or so before this all went down. Also have not made contact with Corsair, although I am not sure what they can do. Disappointed with this head set, especially after so many good reviews.

These are perf for WAH. I take calls ALLL day long (12 hr shifts) & not one person has said they couldn’t hear me. I only charge every other day. The only thing I hate is they hurt my head if I put them on my ears after a hr of wear. So I just wear them around my neck and put mic at my mouth. They are very loud so they work great around my neck.

I used this headset for sometime then went back to other. Setup was fairly easy and required little effort. The overall quality was as expected. There is not a lot bad that I can say other than I just like other headset better. The primary reason was comfort and location of the mic mute button. Again there not bad just not as good as other headsets.

Built for comfort, not for (microphone) quality

Very comfortable, very aesthetically pleasing - feels like heaven if you're wearing glasses and the wireless aspect is great! However, many parts of this headset come across as "cheap". I would have numerous people who told me that any number of $15 - $35 headset microphones I compared were better than the Corsair headset. This was very disappointing. This headset would be absolutely perfect for someone with a separate microphone on their desk because this microphone is detachable and the socket can be filled with a provided plug. Not recommended if a $15 microphone outperforming this headset in terms of audio quality would bother you.

First off, this is my second headset from corsair and it will be my last. The problem is not the headset itself. Its got a decent build (not great) and it sounds ok. The problem is the iCUE software that plagues ALL and I mean ALL Corsair products. Corsair products are fairly dependent on iCUE and thats where everything goes down hill. iCue crashes and it brings all the devices down with it. For example....I have the Scimitar, H100v2, K70 and this headset. Playing a game, trucking along and boom. iCUE crashes and when that happens.......1- Scimitar loses all buttons minus M1-M2, all thumbs buttons are gone. 2- H100v2 looses all custom fan curves (actually this is what causes the crashes mostly) and it goes back to a very slow fan speed. If you overclock at all, you chip temp is going to sky rocket till the game crashes. 3- K70, all the lighting and the custom macro buttons are gone. 4 HS70 loses all EQ fucntions and the headset volume will fluctuate to the point that you cant use it for gaming at all (you hear steps in the distance, then boom, its max volume a second later and your thought of the person being in the distance is incorrect and they were right on top of you. I would look elsewhere. Just check out the thread on their forums about iCUE. So many people are just fed up with Corsair, we all have switched out ever corsair product we own. I ended up going with the logitech G935, which is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than this. I mean, its not even close.....

Decent, but two problems that made me refund.

It seemed like a comfortable headset when I got it out of the box, but I realized two things: - It gets very hot and stuffy inside the ear cups. - There was a loose part rattling around in the right ear cup. The second problem is probably just the result of an uncommon defect or shipping damage, but I still was put off by the heat as I live in a warm climate. If you don't mind that and don't get a pair with the loose part, it seems like a decent choice. The padding was soft and comfortable.
