    Second time purchasing this headset First time it was great sound was fine and was comfortable then in the right ear cup it constantly popped and crackled after a while which was fine with me Second time however the same issue happened in a much shorter time span, not even a year

    terrible battery life

    8 month update: good sound, mic quality is ok, no real issues until this past few weeks where the headset dies within 20 minutes from full charge. now it wont even fully charge. works fine when plugged in. now a wired headset which is annoying.

    Purchased after good reviews. Sound quality is ok. Mic quality is subpar. Really disappointed with the the hissing 24/7. Feels nice and comfortable. I would not recommend purely for the white noise hiss.

    Consider another headset if want to use w/ Discord

    Had Headset for almost a year, the headset never charged completely when new 80 - 90%, now it only charges to 67%, if you are going to use Discord with this headset, you may want to consider getting a wired headset instead, I always get complaints about the poor sound quality (popping and static), also when launch a Game session like COD Warzone, the microphone stops working in Discord until you alt + tab back to Discord and force it closed and restart it. This happens on my old Win10 gaming desktop and also on the brand new gaming laptop with Win11. Also the icue software is very buggy

    Great headset for the price, theres nothing special about it really, but I doubt you'll find anything better for what it costs, you really can't go wrong with this one... Dog Chewed on mine a bit, it still works but for now its on standby.

    Wont connect to PC or PS4

    I tried everything to connect to my pc and ps4 and it just wont work. This headset has nice quality and comfortable foam ear pads but could never get them to pair with either device so returning them for something different.

    Rating it high for construction quality but wasn’t able to use it (my fault for not validating) with our Switch. Bluetooth is needed and the sales rep said it had it.

    won't stay charged

    Would not recommend. This does not hold a charge well, or does not charge well. I have it charging a lot and sometimes I'll forget to put it back on the charger if I have to move away and unolug it... and my headset dies within twenty minutes. If I have it charging consistently and I step away, I only expect it to stay charged for an hour? If I'm not fully charging it, why does it take so long to charge? I'll have it charging all day, or for an hour if I forgot to put the cord in. An hour should be plenty for a little headset. My cheap discountstore headset was charged once eight months ago for the gym and I havent had to charge it since. Obviously they do different things, but, this corsair headset has basically become a wired headset.

    Look elsewhere

    They played audio and captured my voice, but that's about all they did. Terrible, awful, painful headset. The audio sounds muffled, and the weird bass suctions the cups to your ears causing weird ear pressure pain. These are worse than my 6-8 year old, wired, $50, first xbox one headsets. I can't believe these other reviews at all. I spent several hours playing with the different sound modes with both corsair's software program and windows sound program. It got to one point where I thought I was close but it just wasn't it. They just aren't good. Couldn't tell a single enemy player footstep and my jump trail distorted my sound unbearably. (Apex Tryhard). These were my first wireless pair so maybe they'll all be like this without a cord.

    Sound was alright, albeit a little worse straight out of the box than the HS50 wired headphones I have. Would have been good, but there was a hissing noise that I was not able to make go away. Additionally, I attempted to update the headphones just for them to get stuck on 98% in the Corsair software and they would not finish, forcing me to abort the update leaving the headphones in an "inoperable state". Tried to factory reset them and other troubleshooting, but nothing worked. I could be the exception as all of the other review seem to be good, but you never know.

    Decent, but annoying to use

    To begin with the the software support is poor. The only way to see the battery level is to go into the device settings. Sometime when turning the device off or on it will take up to 10 second to happen, with sometimes it will turn on the immediately back off again.

    When I bought this head set I was expecting to have the same product if not better for paying 80+ dollars for a wireless headset. But sadly I was in for a surprise since the mic quality sound its horrible it seems like I'm using a slightly better quality than a radio as described from multiple members of some of the gaming communities I'm part of, and if this wasn't enough there's so much static noise for reason and its just annoying since my CORSAIR - VOID RGB ELITE Wireless Stereo Gaming Headset - Carbon never had a single problem like this.

    Instructions too small to read.

    The dang thing isn't working for me. I paid a lot and got a tiny instruction set too small to read. I guess they couldn't afford the paper needed to use a normal size font. Why is the white light blinking? The instruction don't say anything about that. The only thing I hear is some woman saying "Shutdown Initiated." I installed their iCUE software. No help there either. No I will have to spend hours troubleshooting.

    Poor Quality cheap sounding headphones

    Trash. If I could give negative stars I would. If you even tilt your head too far to one side the sound goes out in these. Cheap-sounding and poor-quality technology, if these headphones were selling for $10 then I could probably justify 3 stars.

    sound crackles and cuts out day of purchase

    the sound quality is extremely subpar being only 16 bit audio depth max at 48k sample rate which cuts out every few seconds or crackles, i have gotten better audio from 60$ headsets. furthermore if you install corsairs icue software it makes the audio issues worse on top of that.

    Poor Battery Life

    The headphones went to 45 min of battery life in a little over a year. I bought due to the high reviews however will be looking elsewhere for my next headset. Also, the firmware is up to date in these headphones and I have not abused them whatsoever.

    Something is off

    I got this because I work from home now and was planning on doing housework instead of being cooped up while waiting on a phone call. Unfortunately the headset has other options. If my head isn’t turned a certain way, I won’t hear the call come in. VERY disappointing being $100 but what can I say?
