Thank you for your feedback. You may have two simultaneous devices connected - one via wired connection (USB/3.5mm) and one via wireless Bluetooth connection. I like to game and listen to Twitch or Youtube and these do the job very well. I am told the mic is good from my Discord buddies and it does not pick up too much background noise. The price point for me is good as I am more of a casual. I liked them so much bought a pair for my boyfriend so he would stop using mine for his work Zoom calls :)
