Decent headset but has some cons to it's pros

At all. -Icue software... still a pain in the rear to work with -Firmware updates take a special kind of patience to actually get it to push through. - RGB does not sync with the rest of your equipment - They are heavy, which the weight can eventually give you a headache on your skull for long periods of time. HS80 RGB - Were not my cup of tea. I miss the Corsair Vengeance 2000. One of the best headsets I ever owned. I have had Steel Series Artic 7's since the day they came out. Thankfully i was in return / exchange period and some Artic 7's came instock to switch out.

Thank you for your feedback. When updating firmware of our peripherals, we suggest connecting it to a direct USB port on your system (front/rear I/O), rather than via a USB hub or dock. You may synchronize lighting across iCUE devices via the Scenes feature, or the Lighting Link lighting profiles. The sound quality is horrendous (even after adjusting the eq in dolby). The low end on the speakers is overbearing. As far as the mids and highs are concerned, they’re borderline non-existent. You basically feel like your listening to something underwater. Theyre not comfortable either. The ear cups feel like they are sucking in your head. The only decent thing this headset offers is the microphone, and the only reason why its getting two stars. Im going back to hyper-x clouds because these things are a waste of money.
