We had to replace the power supply in a gaming computer again. We tried this based on a store associate recommendation. This is the third one we have tried and so far the best. The computer has never been this quiet. It's only been a month but so far so good.

Been using for a year. No issues. Keep in mind the new Corsair ATX 3.1 are no different than the 3.0.

So decided to buy this Platinum 1000 W pcu even i don't need such wattage. But for the future upgrade and quietness i would prefer have power reserve. As my system consumes up to 700-800w max in high so in simple tasks it's 200-300w so pcu stay in quite mode (fan off). Worked really well with the Gigabyte Extreme motherboard plenty of cables and really liked the smaller sized cable bundles made wiring simple and neat.

Bought last year have had absolutley no power issues even with very demaning parts and programs.

Works beautifully for me so far, new computer booted on the first try. The power supply feels heavy and quality, and it is so quiet that I can't even hear it. I expect this to last me for a decade; don't cheap out on a PSU, it will save money in the long run!

Powers everthing with ease. Very quite even when pushing it. Considering it is usually bought to power high end PC it should come with the extra PCIe cables for the newer graphics cards.

It does what it says and cost a little more for a good reason.

This is the fourth Corsair power supply I have owned and also the largest. So far everyone I have owned has been practically bulletproof, so to speak, and have lasted for longer even than the warranties without any problems ever, until the one I had to replace this with went bad, but it was well over a decade old by then. I would recommend Corsair power supplies to anyone. These are the best power supplies I have ever seen or owned and I have worked with computers for around thirty years and built my own high end computers and servers for most of that time.
