Great product but...
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Before you get worried, this is a great product. If you are looking to overclock your CPU or want to spend a lot on a cooler buy this. My garbage Ryzen 7 2700 can be overclocked to 4.0GHZ with ease. Temps stay fairly cool even under a decent load. My problem is that the one of the pins on a wire that allows for the fans to have RGB is missing. Not bent or broken straight up missing. Wouldn't be that big of a problem if it was the pin on the fan but it is the pin on the water block. The product is great but I just got really unlucky.

Disappointed with the packaging
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After opening the box and going through the pieces, I can’t help but wonder why the water block/pump doesn’t have some kind of protective cover or something. The copper plate is scratched up and the thermal paste is smeared. It looks like there’s some kind of plastic piece that might act as a protective covering, but it wasn’t on and when it doesn’t stay on when I tried to see if it fits. I’m concerned about the scratches in the copper plate and the smeared thermal paste.

Posted .Hello James,
It does have that, but you must have repurchased what someone purchased, used incorrectly, then returned. I'd complain directly to BB.

TWO(!!) Bolts Broke Off While Tightening
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sorry but I'm one of the few that had a problems with the cooler. After breaking TWO bolts, finger tightening them, I had to bring it back. Yes, I did read that Corsair would send me new bolts but sorry, I could not wait for the new bolts. I returned it and bought a different brand.

Its quiet and cool
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very good CPU cooler which runs very quite and keeps the i9 9900k around the low 60’s (degrees) under full load, so it’s defiantly up to the job. When idle my CPU is around 28 degrees. The build quality seems pretty solid and lights look good. You will need to download software to customise the pump and fan speed as well as changing the light. I’ve left mine on white as I think this looks best for my case and I’m not really into the RBB stuff. My only real criticism is the poor instructions and bag of screws. You have 3 different types of mounting screw (intel, AMD and threadripper) which all look very similar and are all in the same bag without any labels. I think it would help if they were each kept separate and labels for ease. I have seen cooler master products do this and it really helps make installations more simple. Bear in mind that the 280mm radiator is big and with the fans on it will come close to your motherboard. I had to tinker with the position my 8 pin cpu connector cable in order to get this to fit.

It's so... colorful.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So first thing is first. I bought this to primarily keep my cpu cool. and oh baby, it does. Dropped from idling around 50-60 degrees C with the stock fan to 30-50 with this 120mm radiator and its virtually silent. I can't even hear it and it is wonderful. Now I'd be lying if the second reason wasn't because of the RGB and the ICUE software. The amount of options you have to customize this are insane. I'm not one for the rainbow unicorn barf but sometimes there is something nice and meaningful about it. Maybe it's just me but sometimes I stare and get lost dazing into it. Finally I'd like to say this was easy to install. Instructions were very clear and the fans connect to it's own pwm hub. Afterall of that I'd highly recommend for anyone who is looking to get a new heatsink or do an upgrade to grab this. You won't be disappointed.

Best AIO Cooler
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is scary to install. The first thing you will notice once you get it out of the box is the big baggy of nuts, bolts, screws, and washers. You are only going to use like 7 of these. The only reason why there are so many is because of the ungodly amount of CPU mounting mechanisms that exist. The next thing you will notice if you are like me, is that you committed the cardinal sin of owning an AMD motherboard. This makes it so you will have to install these little thumbscrew things that never seem to want to stay in their places. You will call over your sibling or roommate to come hold a light for you as you fiddle with these little demons. Only for them to ditch you after 10 minutes because its taking to long and its also 2 AM. And the radiator. Ohhhh the radiator. It’s huge, so it gets in the way of the optical drive’s you have installed. Hopefully you don’t actually have any drives installed cause you ain’t fitting this hunk of metal if anything is in its way. Not only that, but if you are like me and screwed in the radiator BEFORE the fans, you will spends hours putting the fans in at awkward angles just so you don’t have to spend 10 minutes unscrewing the radiator from the case. Oh and the large amount of cables makes cable management a nightmare. This thing has two fan cables, two RBG hub cables, a SATA power cable, and a USB 2 cable. And since the whole thing is centered over the CPU, you pretty much have to route it over the top of the motherboard. Overall, it decreased my average CPU temp under load by about 26 C and it has neat RBG lights so 10/10 for me.

Dropped PC temperatures by 10 degrees
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x I had a single fan cooler master radiator cooling the CPU, but during heavy gaming sessions in 1440p my cpu would get hot and the cpu temperature readings were on the warmer side. Decided to upgrade to the H100i RGB Platinum to see if it would work. It changed the average temps of my cpu by about 20 degrees and around 10 degrees inside the case. Fairly easy installation process and comes with pre applied thermal paste. I mounted the fans and radiator to the top of my case, but make sure that your case has the proper mounting for a two fan radiator. After installed there is as a corsair application you can download and control fan speeds and change RGB coloring to your desired settings. This application will control any other corsair products in your PC and makes it a lot easier to change settings without having to jump into BIOS. Awesome product that if you can get on sale is a steal, if not its worth the price you pay.

Amazing cooler! Only a couple tiny gripes
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an amazing cooling system, with only a couple of minor drawbacks! THE GOOD: low stable gaming temps, pretty RGB, very quiet fans, iCue software lets you control the connected fans without going into BIOS I bought it to replace the terrible little "iBuyPower" AIO cooler that came with my pre built PC. The difference is like night and day! With the old cooler, my CPU temp would peak at around 85c and an average of 72c while playing Modern Warfare. With the corsair, the hottest my CPU has gotten is 59c, and the average temp while playing is about 43c! I LOVE THIS THING THE BAD: Top mounting issues, LACK OF EXTRA HARDWARE Very minor issue, but you CANNOT top mount this cooler in most PC cases. There isn't enough room between the top of the case and the RAM cards. The only REAL gripe I have is the lack of extra/duplicate hardware. When attaching the pump head to the motherboard, I BROKE one of the mounting screws. To my dismay, there were NO EXTRA mounting screws. Thankfully, I was able to rig something together using the leftover hardware from the other cooler. If I hand't been able to do that, I would have been screwed!

RGB AIO Water Cooler
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking at this water cooler, you obviously want the RGB capabilities. This is a 240mm radiator with 120mm x2 fans. Design: The actual heatsink is attractive and I believe that it i an attractive design, although I would prefer an all black bezel since there is already RGB. With an All black bezel, the cooler would look better with more builds. In terms of the RGB, the colors are completely customizable with multiple zones of customization, but this is where the cooler loses its 1 star. The Corsair iCUE software is clunky and difficult to use. If you use Aura Sync, you can use the iCUE software to control both, but again that forces you to use iCUE. Performance: This cooler keeps my 9700k (not overclocked) at about 50-55 Celsius under load on quiet setting. Extreme setting increases performance, but this cooler can get super loud under extreme settings. Quiet settings is pretty quiet and tolerable. Minimal pump noise and no whine on my unit. Conclusions: Strong water cooler with RGB functionality that forces you to use iCUE. Would buy again.

SHOCKINGLY GOOD
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a i9-9900K... I didn't think this would be enough cooling to support my beefy processor. NO MATTER THE WORK LOAD, my CPU temps have never reached above 29 degrees (Celsius). I game in 4K at 144Hrz for all major titles... I have never had a thermal throttle or have ever come close to it on any cores. The software included is extremely easy to use and very helpful. The set up for this is very easy if you know what you are doing and follow the easy instructions provided. Larger AMD processors might see more of an issue as the contact would not cover the full block, so just keep that in mind if you are on team red.

Good for next gen cpu’s
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very nice looking aio. It’s very quiet and even though it doesn’t get temperatures as cool as the kraken, it still does a good job at keeping temps minimal. The rgb is also a nice touch although the extra money used to implement it might have been better spent on slightly bigger fans. But if rgb is your thing then this is right up your alley. If you’re looking for a budget aio, you’re not going to get much better than this without downgrading to an earlier model so if you plan on getting a next gen 5000 series ryzen cpu, then this is a safe bet.

Great CPU cooler
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently built a new PC and didn’t wNt to put a large air cooled fan on the CPU. I read up a bit on water cooling and decided I’d try the Corsair unit. I’m really happy with my choice to use this unit. It’s small enough to fit well in the case I used for the build and it does a great job of keeping the CPU cool. This is the first water cooler I’ve used and it was easy to install and looks great with the RGB graphics. From now on all my builds will be water cooled.

Nice water cooler with
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to install, superb quality, low CPU temperature for i9-9900KF, idle 32-40C, load 60-70C. I definitely recommend this. It comes with preinstalled bracket for intel CPUs, but for AMD, it is still easy to do, just remove and replace brackets. Also, I am using the preinstalled thermal paste that comes applied to it, works great. I am using RGB hub that comes with SP120 3 RGB fans, which can support upto 6 RGB fans to be controlled using iCUE program.

Nice RGB liquid cooler system!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a common liquid cooling system that I have seen a lot of builders use recently. I went with it because of the recommendations along with the beautiful RGB lighting that goes well with my NZXT RGB White Case. As for cooling, it gets the job done. My i7-9700k is usually in the mid 60s when gaming for long periods of time. It is also easy to install, regardless of your CPU type.

Disco Build
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't used a liquid cooler in some time as I felt that they were just more trouble than they are worth (installing and removing, if need be.) This product proved me wrong! It was far easier to manage than I had imagined. Add to that, the RGB light show prompted me to get case fans with the same feature. Temps are very steady and it gets along well with my motherboard software!

Cools like a champ!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice cooler! Cools my i9 10900k to 32-70 degrees! That’s pretty good coming from a 240mm AIO. This will be enough if you don’t overclock. Nice RGBs! Quality is excellent and price is good. Got it for under a bill on sale at Bestbuy. Great deal! Corsair FTW!

CPU Liquid Cooling
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not bad. Works as expected and does a pretty good job keeping the CPU cool. The install was easy and directions were clear and well written. Came with all needed parts for my AMD CPU. The software is alright. Kinda not ideal, but the custom lighting profile does not go into effect until I have been booted into a windows session, at least on mine.
