Between myself and my son we been through a half dozen of these. The LCD screen displays a red triangle or pump failure right out of the box. Tech support can't even figure out a way to remove their own software. Don't take my word for it go on Corsair website and click on their forum You will see lots of people on it with the same set of problems.
