    Bought this AIO due to liited choices and got the red triagle of death less than a month later. Pump was louder than expected and the commander hub is a nightmare. Now I have to go through this whole RMA process.

    Get something else that’s not Corsair!

    The controller ended up burning . You can’t purchase a controller that controls the pump so you have to get a new radiator or buy one from someone used. It lasted 3 days. PC is on a surge protector and wired correctly. All of the parts function perfectly in unison.this is the 3rd Corsair radiator to go out on me in 2 separate pc’s. One of them I had the radiator in for 2 years no issues, the other was around a year and a half. Both went within a month of each other. I will never purchase anything from Corsair again. The quality is garbage now and don’t even get me started on the software.

    Terrible product. NO customer service from Corsair. I now have an expensive paper weight. AVOID! Pump failed after 1 month almost lost my processor.

    I only got this cooler because I was building a white PC. Never really considered Corsair, but I wanted everything to match. So the cooler is just "ok" It cools the 12900K at stock temps around 30-35c. Nothing to brag about. My issue is with several dead/stuck pixels with the display. I mean a whole cluster of them, all over the screen. Not what a $300 liquid cooler should have issues with. Also for a cooler of this price I'd expect to be able to use a mp4 or short video file instead of a .gif or static image. Some huge short-comings with this product.

    ⁤My experience with the CORSAIR iCUE H150i ELITE LCD XT has been nothing but series of nightmares. ⁤⁤Within a month of purchasing this- piece, I’ve been hit with the red triangle of death, and my CPU temperatures upwards of 99°C with my case fans going crazy. ⁤⁤This performance that i have been brought made me feel like i went bungee jumping without a bungee harness, but not only disappointing it was however it also raises serious doubts about its reliability. ⁤⁤Save your money and steer clear of this unreliable and potentially damaging your system. ⁤

    6 months after installing this cooler, I experienced pump failure out of nowhere. No damage to the unit, all the connections are working properly. It's simply a manufacturer defect. I confirmed this on Corsairs Community forum where apparently many people are having the same issue with this generation's Elite series coolers. Find another brand (I.e. NZXT). Not worth the hassle.

    Product Failed, Best Buy is Worse Than That

    Corsair H150i Elite LCD XT failed in 3 days (one star rating). Best Buy refused to exchange the item (below one star). I will now have to deal with the manufacturer. Seems that they will not even honor a 30 day return or exchange. Absolutely will not buy anything from Best Buy again!

    Dead on arrival and Corsairs customer service is terrible. Took 4 days just to get a response, that was ultimately of no help. Guess the jokes on me though because I went and purchased the icue link model which has worked flawlessly, and was a much easier setup process.

    purchased two of these and they were both DOA. Not the first time i've gotten dead parts from this brand, just go with NZXT and save yourself the headache

    Waited a week to get it, another 5 days at Totaltech to get it installed, to now find out the unit pump came defective, DOA. Now need to waiting god knows how long to get another unit to get it installed, smh.....
