Corsair has a bearing issue with these fans. Within 2 months i had to replace them and their warranty is too cumbersome to deal with.
Not worth their price until corsair fixes the bearings

Only giving 3 stars because after installation the firmware for the hub would not update after emailing corsair customer support, god forbid anyone have a suport hotline anymore, i had to wait 4 days for a response with 1 POSSIBLE solution that didnt work. So i had to email back that it didnt work i never got another response back. So i just completely wiped my system and fresh installed windows to get it to update. And yes if u google the problem i tried the first 5 forums of solutions before i emailed corsair.
And sorry to hear you didn't get prompt help, there's also a chat option on our site to request having your ticket looked at. Do use it in the future if you require immediate assistance.

These seem pretty cool, I had to downgrade though, went with same company. Beware you'll need an extea slot in your power block to plug in the hub.

Very expensive garbage, noisy and not to mention the ICUE app that is full of problems. I bought this thinking that I would use less cable and I realized that this is not the case. If you plan to build a PC with 13 fans like I did, I did not buy these fans. To connect everything I had to use several cables and they are all visible to the naked eye, there are no ways to hide them other than that, do not use them at more than 1000 RPM if you do not want to hear the noise I regret having chosen these fans I only have them because it was a gift if I had to buy a set of fans I would buy some Lian li they are definitely doing it better and with better prices

Purchased 5 fans for the ultimate water cooled PC - 3 of the 5 fans have failed completely or started making a terrible sound because the fans are not aligned properly.
You’ll see it when you connect them to power, and they start to spin. Wobbly fans. Inexcusable at this price point.
I returned the 5 fans and gave them another shot. 2 of the new 5 fans have the exact same issue.

THEY ARE NICE AS IS LESS CABLES BUT THE MAIN CABLE YOU USE TO CONNECT THE FAN TO THE HUB DIDN'T WORK AT ALL PLUS IT BROKE OFF IN THE FAN. I TALKED TO SOMEONE AT CORSAIR AS SOON AS I MENTIONED THE ISSUES HE IMMEDIATELY KNOW IT WAS AN I CUE LINK CABLE. LEADS ME TO BELIEVE IT A COMMON ISSUE AS THIS IS NEW. ALSO THIS IS NO VIDS ON THEIR SITE AS TO HOW TO LINK MORE THAN 3 OF THEM.
Not sure if your keyboard has the CAPSLOCK stuck, but know that our team can help with that as well if it's on of our products! As for the issues with the fans, did you receive adequate assistance now? Please keep working with our team otherwise!

These fans in conjunction with iCUE are a complete and utter dumpster fire. To be honest, at this point, I'm not sure if it's just iCUE that has continual issues or the fans and AIOs or both. It will randomly stop recognizing the installed fans and cause me to lose complete control of fan curves, which then leads to potential overheating and my AIO blinking red because the CPU is getting hotter than it should.
The Corsair AIOs and fans, in conjunction with iCUE, are horrendously bad and I strongly suggest anybody looking into investing in this car crash, do yourself a favor and get the Liquid Freezer III series of coolers instead. Sure, they aren't as customizable as Corsair with iCUE, but considering iCUE itself only works 15-20% of the time, you'll save yourself a bundle of money and heartache.
It has been such a horrible experience that I've sworn off any and all Corsair products moving forward. My new (non-Corsair) fans and cooler work, like they should, 100% of the time.

If I could give it 0 Stars I would. These fans literally lasted less then two weeks before just giving out, after multiple attempts of trying to fix them and troubleshoot the issue still nothing. It also doesn’t help that corsair’s software is also just as bad.

horrible I've had nothing but issues with this. I've contacted corsair support and it's been over a week and no fix. I have some fans rbg not working and fans are hit and miss. they had me do a million different things with no fix. waiting on another response what to do next.

Some pros some cons

Great set up and will make cable management a breeze. But you will need knowledge on how to set up the system and cable lengths come into question and i eneded up haveing to buy specific cables to link more dants etc… not a cheap system

Great product.. made my system look more clean then my older corsair fans that used two different cables.. hoping the lighting effects work just as well if not better in the long term then my last fans, where they get you though is the extra accessory cables to put fans in other spaces rather then daisy chained... but not to bad of a price for convience

Im a big corsair fan and have everything corsair but these are just way too expensive for what they are sure the lighting effects are cool and the temp sensor but not for what you get.I need 10 fans which cost as much as a new CPU and corsair doesn't even give you a cable with the single fans because they want you to buy their cables separately.I dont recommend unless your building a new system have a ton of money to spend and dont want the cable management hassle wait awhile and the price will drop

Don't support this type of product. They are charging stupid prices for FANS... Not to mention that they are proprietary which means when the hub goes out and you can't find another one, all the rest of your these components are worthless... don't support proprietary hardware like this!
