After a few weeks, the pump started making a grinding noise. The fans also produced a howling sound that I couldn't fix even after adjusting the fan curve. Best Buy wouldn't accept a return because I didn't have all the items (I thought it was working after a couple of weeks so I threw away the box). In the end, I ended up throwing away $200 because I needed a cooler and didn't have time to RMA it. I purchased a different brand that seems to cool better. I also bought Corsair memory for the build, but the memory sticks were bad, though I could return them. Additionally, I got a Corsair Scimitar mouse that had a broken DPI button after a few weeks of use. I’m not using Corsair again due to their poor quality control.

Gave NZXT a chance - big mistake! The Kraken failed after 20 days. Since NZXT was dragging their feet on a replacement (3 months) I bought the Corsair. Better all the way around and less expensive.

It isn't that big of a deal, since the LCD still displays the coolant temp, but it would be nice to be able to utilize the customization of it.
