So I've used numerous mechanical keyboards over the years. I've used 2 that were low profile types, a couple that were TKL but the majority have been standard full size keyboards. With both the Low Profiles they took some getting used to. I've very much enjoyed using this in the time I have. With most mechanical keyboards they're generally pretty loud. I've used it a bit for gaming, but I have to admit that I've been using it at my job as I was needing a different keyboard than an ordinary membrane one that we're provided. I was hesitant as we don't use mechanicals because of being on the phones and in close proximity so it's inadvisable for us to use them. With this particular keyboard it's very quiet, which I was really surprised by. My coworkers gave me a seal of approval to use it. It was barely, if at all louder than the cheap membrane one's we get. Even they were impressed and surprised that it was in fact Mechanical. Battery life is fantastic. I've charged it maybe once and it's being used consistently for 8 hours a day. If I recall, the only time I've charged it was when I first got it. I've been using it with the supplied dongle that came with it. I did test it out over Bluetooth on a couple computers and it worked great. I didn't really see much of a difference latency wise versus the Corsair dongle. I imagine I will be using this for years to come. It's easily one of the better keyboards I've used over the years. I know I'd be really interested in a 75% or TKL version of this to use everyday for sure. Price wise, it's on the high side for sure so that may be a big turn off for a lot of people and that's understandable. For what it is though, it's a fantastic option, especially with it being wireless.

    Amazing Keyboard

This is a really great keyboard. I have another wireless gaming keyboard that I really like, but it’s a 10 keyless one. This is just as good but has the 10 key bad which really helps when I use it for work and have to do any sort of light data entry. I also have multiple computers and it can sometimes be a bit inconvenient to have to switch keyboards all the time. By setting up this keyboard with each device using a different connection method, I can quickly switch between devices without having to switch keyboards or taking up the extra space to be able to store them. The buttons all feel responsive and easy to type. The unit itself feel solid and high quality and the slim design is also really nice and makes the whole thing feel more high tech to be able to pack so much into such a small unit. I like the wheel for adjusting sound. I’ve had a similar roller in other keyboards and I like them so much better than the button options that other keyboards use. The glowing and colors are always fun, but not necessarily a must have for me. I’m pretty boring in that way and just set it to something very low key. However, fair warning here, the iCue software controls the lights so if you are using the keyboard on multiple devices like I am, when you switch to the other device and it’s a computer without the software, the color scheme will not necessarily stay. Also any of your programed lights won’t hold (unless its also a preprogramed light pattern) until the iCue software loads up and syncs with the keyboard. Overall, my favorite keyboard so far.

While in the first 3 weeks it was fine and and felt good. it broke. now ive used other gaming keyboards and press the keys i guess you could say "kinda" hard and i guess it was to much for this keyboard and the keycap just fell off and would NOT go back on. im not the only person with this issue so beware it does feel good to play with but i guess you cant play games with it and press it somewhat hard wich ive done with every other keyboard and had no issues for years. but this one just sucks i guess.

    Poor value for money

Secondary keys are not backlit, which is a huge omission. Keystrokes require a lot more actuation force than other slim mechanical keyboards. Also, the packaging claims macos support, however none of the keys have macos key engraving, so you're going to have to use keyboard modifiers. Other than slim mechanical keys, there's not a lot going on for this keyboard. At this price point, I expect a lot more.

    space bar issues

    Posted .

keyboard looks nice and it doesn't feel cheap, which it isn't, but after using less than 2 weeks I started having problems with the "space bar" sticking down and this is from normal everyday use. I mainly use it for work so having a malfunctioning space bar its very annoying and it makes it almost unusable. Try contacting Corsair by creating a ticket at their help website but I have had no response yet. Don't know if its design issue or I just got a bad keyboard. I will probably return this and get a Logitech if Corsair does address my support ticket.
