Really nice keyboard. Very low profile and premium design. Typing takes a bit more force like other reviewers mentioned. sound is actually Clicky. Battery lasts forever. However, it is very pricey..

I've had this keyboard for 2 years now (and currently using to type this review) and I have to see, it has been the best keyboard I've used for gaming and general productivity. I love that I can seamlessly switch between the usb dongle and bluetooth. The dongle lives in my PC and bluetooth connection to my laptop for work. I've not had issues with input when playing games and to me, feels equal to a wired keyboard in terms of input lag and response times. On top of that, the battery lasts a long time. Last time I think I charged it was beginning of october. Granted, I keep the RGB off on it, which probably helps. Other than that, this is great for a home office and is even great to take into an actual office around colleagues. It looks professional and sleek, and doesn't give that "gamer look" you'd probably expect to see with normal gaming keyboards. I'll keep this keyboard until it dies and no longer works and I will probably get another as a replacement or a newer version if one is available given my experience on it for the last 2 years.

I will admit that I was a little hesitant about getting a wireless keyboard, mostly because of battery life and dropped connections. My job sometimes requires me to act quickly to fix an issue, and I was worried about the connection suddenly dropping when I was racing against the clock. I had a Corsair K70 and loved it, but it was getting old and had started acting up on me so I thought I would take a shot on this one. Oh boy, am I impressed. The keys feel incredible, the battery life is fantastic, and the connection is solid with no noticeable input delay. The "Slipstream" wireless receiver can pair multiple Corsair products as well, so you don't need to take up multiple ports if you like their product line.

I have tried alot of different keyboards including the regular k100 and this one by far takes the cake. I tried the logitech G915 in comparison with this one and I am genuinely pleased with the feel and overall quality of both of the keyboards. But what sold me on this one is the short actuation distance and how much that makes a difference for me as someone who likes tactile switches and loves a quick response even wirelessly. Recommend to anyone who enjoys tactile switches and wants that quick response.

Pretty good keyboard. The keyboard provides a very enjoyable experience, but for a price of $280 I would expect a little more in features. I chose this keyboard over others because I prefer a chiclet style keyboard. The keys feel very nice, and the spacing in between keys are perfect for people like me that prefer a more laptop feeling keyboard. I'm giving it a 3 star review because of lack of features. For the price, I would expect removable keys. I would also expect an all aluminum body, as is, this keyboard is aluminum on top and plastic on bottom. If you are looking for a Chiclet style keyboard and are ok with non-removable keys and the high price, then I would recommend this product to that individual. If you are looking for a gaming keyboard and the chiclet style keys isn't a must, then I think you are better off with the regular K100 from Corsair and thus I would not recommend this product to that individual.

Hands down one of my best purchases. I work on different computers at home. One for gaming the other for work. Its such a hassel to reconnect keyboards and mouses every transition. This one gives you the ability to be interchangable between 4 or 5 devises i believe. Just a simple function over. Additionally, the feel is sleek, keys are smooth and has multiple LED light options. Absolutely worth the buy

I have used this keyboard on a daily basis for work and gaming for over a year since I bought it and it is still my favorite keyboard to use for most anything. It is incredibly thin while also not being very wide. The typing experience is quite tactile even though it has scissor type switches, you can still feel the switch press and hear a nice audible noise. I found myself making some more typing errors on this keyboard then I was typically used to making because I think I was used to a longer keystroke from a mechanical keyboard but once I used it for a few hours, I easily adjusted and actually increased my typing speed a slight amount compared to a few other keyboards I own. The lighting is gorgeous.

Better than the Logitech G915 but...

Previously had the Logitech G915 tactile keyboard and the keys started to go bad and I wanted to try something different. The K1000 Air is a great one to one comp in that it's insanely thin, wireless, and has great response time while have great multimedia features. My only qualms are long term reliability since these low profile mechanical keys tend to really gum up even with the slightest dust and the fact that you need to press a key to wakeup the keyboard and then press again to register your initial input. At $278 it's an insane price but besides the Logitech G915 there really is nothing like these keyboards out on the market

The size and how thin the keyboard is nice but i feel corsair not having different product options for different key switches is a major oversight on their part, the keys are very noisy, the spacebar being the worst culprit. To each their own on their sound and feedback style but i perfer silence, this is very tactile( linear would be nicer) and on top of it they keys themselves are more so laptop flat style. I love the k70 low profile rapid fire cherry mx keys.. they jave some shape to them and optional wasd keys you can swap out for gaming and textured/ raised edges.. give more optioms corsair, just make the k70 wireless with rgb! Plus the k100 air is quite expensive too wven on sale for 199 is a stretch

The Corsair K100 Air is hands down the best keyboard I’ve ever owned. From the moment I unboxed it, the ultra-slim profile and sleek design blew me away. It looks futuristic on my desk and feels just as advanced when typing or gaming.

It's an okay keyboard, but I think that it's such a thin profile that it's hard to even appreciate it as a mechanical keyboard. In addition, the keycaps cannot be removed for cleaning, which I found to be disappointing. There is a good amount of lighting adjustments available, if only the iCUE software wasn't incredibly unstable and unreliable. Finally, the board itself felt incredibly flimsy for the price. While having a thin board is nice, it shouldn't have come at the cost of feeling sturdy. Overall, it's an okay board, but I wish Corsair would have made a wireless full profile board instead. In addition, it's incredibly limited on MacOS due to the stability of the iCUE software.

I have three computers in the room but I never use them at the same time. I had 3 separate keyboards for them. This keyboard allows 4 connections so you can have 1 keyboard for multiple computers. The keys feel good and have decent travel. They’re not loud like blue switches but you can definitely hear the clicks still. Battery life is good as well.

I was honestly very excited for this keyboard. I generally love low profile keyboards with hiw they look and feel. But honestly this one just feels a little cheap when typing. Its similar to how a laptop keyboard feels, with the only difference being the slight tactile bump you get. It does look very sleek and has nice RGB if youre purely wanting something thats aesthetically nice. Otherwise for this price i would go with one of the other low profile options or look into a custom build that you have more control over.

This is one of the best keyboards Corsair has made available to the retail channel in a VERY LONG TIME! The keys are tactile giving that nice feedback. The actual layout of the keyboard is nice and roomy. Keep in mind this is PC focused and while it can work with Apple, you will have a very hard time getting it to work 100% Lack of Apple support can be a deal breaker for some and as for me while I have a number of PCs to add this keyboard to, I really wanted it to work on the Apple because it feels great typing on. Why did I give this a 4 - because of the Apple issue. If you are looking for a great PC keyboard, this one is complete worth the price!

Love low profile keyboards, glad I got it at a discount but I would not have bought it if it werent $200, and even then that still feels reallt pricey for a keyboard, but it's really nice, extremely responsive at 8000mhz (8K polling rate). The keys are nice.

    Standby mode has issues

It’s a beautifully designed keyboard and makes for a great typing experience. It does have a standby mode so the battery can last a long time before needing to be charged. The standby mode does get a little annoying because you need to press a key to wake it up, but the key you press is not detected as an input on the computer. So if you go to type after the keyboard has been in standby mode I found that I need to type the first character twice for it to connect to the computer. After being annoyed with this for a few weeks I just turned off the standby mode.
