Coming from a wireless Logitech Wave keyboard that had served me many years, I was hesitant to switch, however the location I visited didn't have my previous model so I was faced with the wall of keyboards. The higher end keyboards appear to be more expensive for less functions, not a fan of that. I need my pause music, volume up/down buttons and this keyboard has it at an exceptional price. My only complaint is the extra macro keys on the left side can be a bit awkward and I'll press them on accident when trying to hit esc. Perhaps in a future iteration they'll be along the top instead, that might be more comfortable. Otherwise, I'm very happy about this product.

It's average for games. I don't care about the hundreds of colors. I just wanted a decent backlit keyboard at a reasonable price for work. I LOVE TYPING on this keyboard. The back-lighting is disappointing as the keys are dim. You can still see them, just not as brightly as I'd like because all the color effect pools in the space between the keys. But seriously, 5 stars for well made, superb typing, great feeling keys, programmable keys, master volume controls, game lock button, custom lighting if you want it, detachable wrist guard, and also the keys are quiet! I am very pleased.

ok, for starters i usually game around 60 hours/week with work, email, shopping on top of that. I am an adult gamer, so I have never hit/slammed this keyboard and I generally like to take care of my things. I have had this keyboard for over a year and it still feels brand new. very nice and smooth key strokes. the over all feel of the keyboard is very smooth. The keys literally feel smooth to the touch and it is very comfortable. I do use the.... wrist rest? the part that attaches to the bottom of the keyboard and it makes it quite comfortable. The rest is grippy so it keeps your hands in place and I feel it does quite well at keeping off fatigue on long hours of gaming. Other keyboards I have recently (within 5 years) used, have all had their space bars break. I guess that I either hit the space button a lot not just while typing but jumping etc in games or i just hit it extra hard. The space bar on this keyboard however is in great shape, has not developed any dead spots, and it has no cracks on the face or the under carriage which is very rare for my keyboard usage. I am usually a Logitec user but after putting thousands of hours into this keyboard and seeing how well it has withstood my usage, Corsair has made a believer out of me and will probably be my go-to keyboard foreseeably, for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend and dont think you will be dissapointed.

4.5 I had a Logitech - Orion Spectrum G910. This is very similar and way less in price. My G910 started double keying and stop typing correctly... This is a fair review I promise. This is actually a pretty quiet keyboard. Look. Unless you are a pro gamer, you really don't need tactical switches. This works for me as I'm a gamer and use it for remote work. It's quiet compared to most. If feels pretty good to type on. I like my extra keys on the side from the G910, so having them on this keyboard really helps. The software is terrible. You will have to go to their website and find it yourself, I don't think I saw it anywhere in the two pamphlets it came with. The RGB is 'ok'. It's good enough for me those as I have a pretty dark home and it helps me see keys early in morning and late at night. Honestly it's not bad, it gets the job done. Let's see if it last me more than 4 years as that how long G910 did. I put it through gaming and remote work, so let's see if this one can handle the same load. I will come back later if something happens that reviewers need to know.

We recently purchased a Corsair Vengeance i7300 for our daughter when we discovered her 8 yr old PC was beginning to fail. As I set up the Corsair PC to take to her in a couple of weeks, I was using an old keyboard and mouse to get things going and it was time for something new. I checked and most keyboards of this type are expensive and seemed to be similar to this one. I was pleasantly surprised when I took it out of the box and set it up for her PC. It does almost everything the high end keyboards do except control lighting for individual keys, unless you really want wireless and more options. You can do regions, colors, color cycles and program the 6 G keys on the left side for for different functions or keys. I set it up for 6 different shortcuts while playing Witcher 3. It is well built, the USB connector has an ample length wire to reach the PC and the colors are very nice. Keys have a nice feel and the size is perfect.

Works great! The keys are just clicky enough for me and do not get stuck like other keyboards. Plus, the keys look so pretty in the dark, but aren't too bright to blind you. It's just enough.

I've been using the CORSAIR K55 RGB Pro for a little while now, and I'm honestly really impressed. It looks great with the customizable RGB lighting, and the keys feel comfortable and responsive, even though it's a membrane keyboard. The performance is smooth, and it works perfectly for both gaming and general use. One of my favorite features is the Elgato Stream Deck software integration. It's super handy for shortcuts and makes multitasking or streaming way easier. I didn't expect that much functionality at this price point, so that was a nice bonus. Overall, I'm very happy with it. It's reliable, looks cool, and has some really useful features. Definitely recommend!

You can easily record macros on the fly or use the intuitive CORSAIR iCUE software for more complex programming. Media controls at your fingertips: Dedicated media keys for volume control, play/pause, and skip tracks are conveniently located for easy access without interrupting your gameplay. Spill resistance for peace of mind: The IP42 dust and spill resistance provides peace of mind knowing that accidental spills won't damage your keyboard. Comfortable typing experience: The quiet and responsive keys offer a comfortable typing experience, suitable for both gaming and everyday use. I was plesantly surprised by this keyboard. I needed to get away from Razer's stuff so I came on over to CORSAIR and am happy I did. This keyboard is not as clicky/loud sounding as my Razer one, which is good. It is easy to use. And the macro keys on the left side of the keyboard are programable with the elgato stream deck program. I have yet to actually use this feature (due to already having a XL stream deck), but may see if I can just do standard keybindings (like copy, paste, CTRL+A, etc.)

I used this keyboard for years and even recommended/bought one for 2 other people. The keys are very quiet while still having that mechanical feeling. Corsairs software is great, in my opinion the best in the industry especially for creating macros. Over time the membrane for the switches may start to wear out and that is the only reason I replaced my keyboard, I had to hammer on some of the keys. This is the only complaint I would have.

I installed iCue right away and updated the firmware (painless), then tested things out. In order to do 'custom colors' (besides the default colors), iCue has to be running, which is not great, but not a dealbreaker either.Honestly I should be a mechanical keyboard fan given my living and hobbies, but for some reason I prefer the feel and sound of membrane, and this keyboard does NOT come close to the feel of a mechanical keyboard, it is still a very nice, premium high quality feel, nice travel per key and the keys themselves feel like VERY high quality matte finish plastic with much nicer lighting features than the G213 offers, especially being controlled via iCue.This keyboard has been amazing and comfortable for any activity done on the computer, The colors shown are customizable via ICUE and allow me to make a light show very much to my own choosing.
