Use for over a few months no issues must buy works great

I purchased this keyboard as a gift for my nephew who spends a lot of time gaming. He started using it immediately and loves it! The keyboard is solid and the lighting is attractive.

This excellent gaming keyboard occupies the middle ground that lies between a full-size and compact keyboard. If you have a space challenged situation this keyboard occupies the middle between the previously mentioned small or large keyboard. This keyboard is also a good choice for people who do not want or need a traditional numeric ten key pad. Typing on this keyboard is an absolute pleasure so this keyboard is also a good (albeit expensive) option for non gamers that want a high performance illuminated keyboard. This is my second Corsair K70 Pro gaming keyboard so I am very familiar with the line and ICUE App. Once downloaded iCUE will Download the APP and it will allow you to control and customize the keyboard as well as keep the keyboard firmware updated. The App is quite intuitive and makes customizing the keys and illumination simple. The illumination can be set to various presets or customized nearly infinitely within the possible RGB spectrum. I prefer to cycle through the presets until I find one I like. The illumination itself is solid and striking. I love the look when it is in use and at rest. What makes this keyboard distinctive is the unique MGX Hyperdrive magnetic switches. I was not familiar with this style of switch, so I was very excited to give this keyboard a try. I found the response speed to be lightning fast and hard core gamers will not be disappointed with the speed. Whether one prefers magnetic switches to the other switch types will be a matter of personal preference. I tested this keyboard with some of my favorite PC games, and was very satisfied with the experience. I believe that hard core gamers will certainly not be disappointed. I do not have the ability to measure the key press speed, but I can confirm that the response speed is very fast. Using this keyboard is an absolute pleasure. Operation is precise and commands are transmitted instantly. It is solidly constructed and has a noticeable bulk that speaks to its quality and durability. It is much heavier than a standard plastic keyboard. I especially like the Corsair logo on the bottom of the keyboard, even though it doesn't show. Included in the box is a quality USB-C to A cable. Also included is a soft and comfortable magnetic wrist rest. It is described as quiet and I found that to be accurate, for a mechanical keyboard. This is due to 2 layers of internal foam that creates noise dampening. I especially like the multi function rotary dial. I am using it to control volume. It is easy to find and I like being able to instantly adjust the sound up or down. It is branded as being compatible with PC, Mac, Xbox, and PlayStation. The gaming performance of this keyboard is off the charts good! The Corsair K70 PRO is one of the best performing gaming keyboards out there. This keyboard offers excellent LED lighting and looks especially nice in low light. If you need the best that money can buy, then you can't go wrong by selecting it. It is well with the money, and will not disappoint.
