Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the keyboard's build quality, RGB lighting, and key feel, frequently praising its responsiveness and the satisfying sound of the switches. Many appreciate the high polling rate and customizable lighting options, along with the convenient volume control wheel and detachable cable. However, some users wish it included a wrist rest and mention the keyboard's height as a potential issue for some. A few also note that the switch type may require an adjustment period.

I’m a big fan of Corsair but this one didn’t do it for me. The keyboard is nice and compact and that is definitely a plus for travel. The keyboard feels well made with a nice aluminum top panel and height adjustable rear feet and rubber pads. The tournament switch allows you to lock macros and keeps the lighting one color to prevent distraction. It only comes with the keyboard and a detachable usb c cable, no extra keys. In terms of gaming that’s where my problem was, the keyboard is way to sensitive for me. Playing Valorant and Bless Unleashed it was hard not to make unintended moves due to the way I play. I rest my fingers on the keys and with my other keyboard that wouldn’t cause an input until I pressed a little bit more. Maybe with time I could learn to adjust but out of the box it’s just to sensitive for me. I can see how for some this would be great as your moves and actions are lighting quick. A well made keyboard that provides lighting fast response for those that like that.

The K100 but in TKL format

The Corsair K100 was my favorite keyboard but when it came to FPS games I found it a bit too large. This keyboard was perfect for me since it brings the same OPX switches from the K100 to the smaller TKL format. I personally love the OPX switches but for a lot of people it will take some time to adjust to the sensitivity of the keys. I think the only thing missing from this keyboard is a wrist rest. The K100 has an amazing wrist rest and it really added to the ergonomics of the keyboard. I wish Corsair would have included one or at least sold it separately.

Corsair k70 keyboard is an excellent linear key switch gaming keyboard. It built well with an aluminum chassis and great cherry switches. I usually purchase full size keyboards, but for gaming I decided on a TKL and I’m happy I did. Nice joe Corsair.
