This is an awesome lighting kit for your PC. Colors are bright and vivid. To me the hardest thing was were to put the lights. I have a gaming PC with a full size ATX tower. The led strips are about 12 inches long. They have sticky tape on the back and they are also magnetic. Magnets work good didn't need to use the tape. I had plenty of wire to put them were I wanted them. I have three on channel one and one on channel two. You will need a USB 2 port on your Motherboard for the controller. Also you will need to download the software from Corsair.com . Download the LINK software. Your lights will not work without it. When I first turned my PC on after installing the lights they did not come on. After I installed the software and configured it I had no problems what so ever! You get a lot of options. You can control each LED strip. I had to update the firmware, no problem with that, it was very easy! The only con is the price. They are expensive but the quality is outstanding. You get what you pay for.

This light set is great. Love that you can control each individual LED with the Corsair iCUE software and sync it with other iCUE compatible RGB devices. this was easy to install and setup. They are auto recognized by the iCUE software once you turn the computer back on. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 is because the packaging is pretty tight and when I opened mine, 2 of the strips were showing damage, and 1 had completely split apart. It still works but disappointed in the way these are packaged so tight that they split.

I bought these in maybe 2017 for myself, and then got another pack for my friend for Christmas. These things are really bright and I only have RGB ram in my system. I have some components with white or silver parts which help to transfer the light, as well as some white LEDs. I attached one image with the RGB ram disabled (the teal picture) and the others are various colors with the RAM + the lighting strips. Only minor complaint is that the settings from iCue aren't saved to the hardware, or that I know of, so when you first boot up the PC it takes maybe 10 seconds (with M.2) before iCue starts running and switches to the modes you have selected. They're a little pricey, but I got them on sale on black friday for like $40 once, maybe $50 the other time. They have withstood my test of time with them.

This is such a good product from corsair. I bought this because I had bought 6 corsair HD120 RGB fans and wanted to be able to control them through the computer, and be able to shut them off or change the pattern. This product plus the fans and corsair link is the best purchase I made. my build looks super nice

Super easy to install. The LEDs are bright and the color is amazing. iCue offers numerous options for lighting effects. My biggest complaint and the reason why it isn't getting 5/5 stars is that the extension cables included did not work. iCue would detect the LED strips but they wouldn't light up unless the strip was directly attached to the RBG box. This made cable management a bit of struggle as I couldn't keep it in the back hidden from view as I had planned. If you have a large PC tower (I use a NZXT H510 for reference) and/or are picky about cable management then these may not work for you.

Remember Cold Cathode light tubes that we used to light up our cases? These are nothing like that... so much better and so many choices for colors. Each 'diode' is addressable on each of the strips so you can daisy chain these together and address the color individually if you'd like. Having them magnetic with the option of using the sticky tape helps if you want to reposition or stick down permanently. If you want lighting in your case and you don't want to buy a whole bunch of RGB fans or have nice fans already, get this!

Now this is worth buying. If your into RGB lights with your computer. I have the Corsair mk speed white edition. With LL120 3 pack set. Plus vengeance pro memory stick, now to top it off. I have the Corsair 240 h100i liquid cooling new version, and I have the Corsair lighting node pro setup strips... I have a monster rgb setup. I was amazed how good these Rgb strips look pure quality... I’m telling you buy these ASAP...... worth it

I love these strips! The light is nice and bright without being overbearing. The icue software is decent enough though I do wish there was more synchronization with the motherboard but that is more of an issue with my board than this product. As far as I can tell there is also no reactive mode so if that matters keep that in mind. Also if you have corsair fans and want to link with this you will need separate control units for fans and lights which can mess with cable management. Overall impressed.

For $60 bucks they are top quality led light strips. Lights are control with iCUE software. Requires a sata cable & 2.0 motherboard usb slot. I recommend buying Nzxt 2.0 usb expansion if you don’t have enough 2.0 motherboard usb.

Lights up a case like nobody’s business! But I recommend getting it only if you plan to use more Corsair products that make use of the lightning node since it utilizes an entire USB 2 slot on your motherboard. The 3 pin connectors on other Corsair Rgb products work super well with this!

Easy install, easy setup, and looks great. Make sure to download iCue to control the light show. This kit works well with the led fan kit as well.

These pair up great with the corsair HD 120 fans and iCue. If you like rgb and have a glass case these lights look great.

These led strips are awesome. The magnets are strong enough to hold them so you can reposition them if they don't look good where they are. The lights themselves look really nice and they're definitely bright. The wave function is surprisingly very smooth to transition, also. Overall, I definitely recommend these lights. I just wish they were compatible with my motherboard led software so I don't need another program to run them.

So many different settings to change colors , easy install! Great product

A bit pricey for what you are actually getting but they work great. CUE doesnt impress me yet for software control but works nontheless.

Installed in around 8 minutes, they are magnetic so make sure you install them on the actual case not on top or side of any device that gets affected by a magnet if you happen to have anything like that inside your case. The icue app is a little hard to understand at first but you will get it as days pass by.

The price seemed a bit much, but I have these matched up with cosairs nice rgb fans and it really adds to the case. I have to run 3 separate programs for all of the rgb in my case and corsair’s software has worked the best. I just use the built in magnet on the strip for mounting and it hasn’t moved.

Added to my system to create more lighting effects. I have a Corsair case that already included the control box but having an extra never hurts. Very easy to control with the icue software
