    Great mouse... depending

I purchased this as one of my sons has the older version and I really liked the way it felt. When I got this one I noticed it was a little lighter but felt very similar. Tracking is great, weight is great and the switches are amazing if... if you have medium to small hands. The older version clicks well even if your right hand ring finger is longer than the mouse. Oddly while the switches feel better, if you have long fingers you will press past the click point and the mouse 2 won't engage. Sure you can get around this by curling your finger but why if that is uncomfortable. After a couple of days my son noticed the mouse an liked the lighted wheel which is probably the biggest RGB difference. As I was not really happy he said he would switch. For his hands the mouse is indeed perfect, I took the older version and now we are both happy. It's a fantastic mouse, I would just steer clear if you have big hands, even if you are comfortable with a claw type grip.

So this mouse is much lighter than previous versions of the m65 which I really like. The rgb is nice, the sensor is accurate, and great fit in my stocky/large hand, however the most annoying thing ever is the placement of the sniper button. It’s literaly right on my thumb the entire time and it kept confusing me not to press that button and to focus on hitting the left and right mouse buttons. Sometimes I would accidentally hit the sniper button because my mind auto thinks it’s a shoot button instead of an aim button. There was no grip style I could do without laying right on top of it. I’m all for convenience and helping my shooting, however I had to place my thumb farther down the mouse causing me to have a weird grip the entire time i used it and I just couldn’t get past it. I really wanted to love this mouse. I can’t say I would not recommend because everyone’s grip style and size for their hand is different.

This is the best mouse hands down! I had the Corsair scimitar pro prior and that one seemed uncomfortable. This one has less of a curve and fits perfect in my hand. Also it’s super smooth, and can adjust it via the program to what dpi you want as well as save profiles on the mouse to remember your settings. Has a big red button where the thumb is for FPS games to snipe and be more precise. What it does is when you press and hold it lowers the dpi temporarily to where your sniping shots are spot on! I use this mouse for games like The divison 2, and ghost recon: wildlands. Also you can change out weights in the mouse to your liking. I didn’t mess with that feature cause it was great for me out of box. I highly recommend buying this mouse!

Welcomed Elite advancement with 18K DPI. I have large hands and can move/make contact with buttons, sniper button placement is better, Agree claw usage does occurs. Cue software takes some time to learn. Optical movement is fantastic, lighting scheme is not overwhelming. Weight is user preference on how to adjust. Instructions supplied adequate to identify parts. Excellent in FPS scenarios and found more accurate sighting on target. Worth the DPI upgrade. Note-Ironclaw model is identified for large hands. Get the protection Plan. Durable aluminum frame and the ability to take anywhere and preserve on board storage config is a plus. Easy to change profiles to fit the game in use.

Corsair makes you pay to ship it back...

It was a great mouse while it worked. After about 5 months it has developed an issue where you click the left mouse button and you can feel and hear the "click" but the button click does not register. If you press extra hard (past the tactile click) it eventually registers. This makes it basically unusable unless you mash the button every time (which I don't). My bigger issue is that Corsair support expects me to pay for shipping to send it back when there product fails to last 6 months. Corsair - If you have a defect, own it and send your customer a replacement. Don't penalize me for buying your product and being unlucky enough to get a dud.

I typically love Corsair products but lately I've had reliability issues. I've had a couple keyboards have lighting issues, but still function phenomenally, while the mice have always held up. I got this mouse in white to match their white keyboard with my new computer. They were working great but lately I notice that my left clicks just are not registering consistently on this mouse. Tracking is great, right click fine, extra buttons nice... but the most important function, left click, isn't reliable... I'm going to keep trying solutions if I can find any other than "mouse reset" "latest drivers" "latest ICUE" and "check for debris"... It's very beautiful and wonderful in the hand, but that left click needs to work!

    Good feel, bad software!

I had this mouse for 1 year and it feels good. the weight is awesome and when is working is really good. But the software is something to be desired. It updates and mouse settings are not the same. It's been disconnecting and sometimes the pc boots and mouse is dead ..Have to disconnect and connect. This happens a lot. It's annoying. I think is a software issue not a hardware issue. Going to give another mouse a try. But from what read on several game posts ..this particular model has issues. check technical post at your favorite game before buying.

My son is a big gamer, and recently transitioned to PC gaming. He bought a fancy gaming mouse that started giving him carpal tunnel issues in a short period of time because it was heavy. The ultralight gaming mice were $300, out of my price range, I don't know a thing about gaming mice, but the employees in the department helped me pick out the lightest weighted one (during the Christmas rush the day before Xmas eve), and my son LOVES it! It's light and responsive, adjustable and wired, which was everything he needed. He was impressed and so was I!

Pros: -Comfortable for most gaming grips; I use a Logitech MX as a daily driver and that being a 10/10 comfort wise, i’d give this a 6. -Price -Nice implementation of RGB -Doesn't look like a transformer Cons: -lightweight (maybe a pro for some), if you like the feel of a heavy mouse you should look elsewhere. It is slighty lighter than the previous model even with the weights that come pre-installed -Sniper button does not work well in some games (bfv)

I originally had a Steelseries Sensei and wanted a wider mouse with more adjustable settings. The M65 elite adjusts perfectly to my deskmat or any surface for that matter. It responds well in Mass Effect Andromeda and other daily use. I haven’t had issues with the click wheel. I barely hear it when it is rotated. The RGB settings are perfect ! The material also doesn’t hold much heat. It is also very light, perfect for long term use.

I have been playing with this mouse for about 2 weeks now and I have to say it is flawless the weight is perfect for FPS gaming and also good for games like fortnite and MMORPG. The buttons are very responsive and this mouse is very well balanced I have used G502,Gpro 3360,Gpro Hero,Razer Naga Trinity and a few others and this is by far my favorite mouse to use I am not sure on the sensor and Corsair was no help at all but if I had to guess its the 3367.

Either wash your hands thoroughly or wear gloves B4 using. This mouse is SMALLER & LIGHTER than the original M65 Vengeance. Big hands = no joy with this one - a cramped claw grip is the only way to use this mouse unless you've been blessed with small hands. *PLUG-N-Play works fine; No need for CPU & RAM usage dragging down an older PC.

Among the very best mice in it's class and price range. RGB is a nice feature. Very nice weight - on the medium/heavy side. Workable for both claw and palm users. Sniper button comes in handy - look elsewhere if you're not interested in this feature. Smooth, tactile scroll wheel. Satisfying, responsive LR clicks. Usually 59.99 and would happily pay that or more for the M65. Just like all my other Corsair products, 10/10 would recommend

this mouse blew me away with its ability to be comfortable while also having a high degree of customizabiliy. the weight distribution control is fabulous and you can really cater to your own specific computer needs. i am a big corsair fan and their products never disappoint with their quality. This new revised model has taken everything that was great about the original and made the product even better. A great buy that will not disappoint.

I was looking for a mouse with adjustable dpi or whatever its called so I could customize the speed. This little guy was on sale and had everything I wanted. Adjustable to 18000 dpi... i think, it has a memory so I can swith computers, cool adjustable rgb so I stare at the mouse and get taken away in trance of interstellar light waves. Very comfortable and good clickety clicks. Trippy go buy one

The Cosair M65 RGB Elite is an excellent mouse and an upgrade from the standard M65 RGB Pro. It works flawlessly and is comfortable to use. It is lighter than the original M65, has better lighting and an upgraded sensor. I own both mice, they are excellent and I love them both. You can't go wrong with either mouse but if I had to choose I would go with the M65 RGB Elite model.

It's a great mouse but the back end feels higher then the pervious version to me. The only real issue I have with it is the left side of the mouse needs a rubber texture to it. My pinky would keep slipping off the mouse itself take that for what it is. The build of the mouse itself is to notch. I would recommend it to a medium sized hand rather then large and remove the weights.

I recently upgraded my M65 Pro for the Elite when it was on sale. I didnt like the feel of the white plastic of my pro, my fingers would slide around to much so i bought the elite in the black textured rubber, its much nicer. The mouse is lighter then the pro and the scroll wheel has leds on the side which is nice plus. Overall i would buy again

NEW Corsair M65 RGB Elite. So much better than the M65 RGB PRO. The LEDs are bright enough even with the camera flash. Corsair has improved the button locations. Forward & Back buttons are larger too. Sniper button is smaller & forward. Could not be happier :-)

this mouse is fantastic as far as changing speed on the fly and the led, but if you want the middle button to match the color of your build you cant do it unless you want to change the speed of your courser also. luckily for me my build is blue and green and green is the setting/speed i like.
