They are completely reversible and the cables aren't visible unless you really look for them.

I’ve had the other Corsair fans but this is the best for me. Only bad thing to say is that it’s a little overpriced, but it’s still worth it!

Not so great if you’re looking for static pressure fans. Make sure to check out all the fans Corsair has to offer find what fans fit the application you.
