As far as power supplies go, this is a tank. This will cover nearly anything you toss inside your PC, the only downside is that you will either need to suffer with an Octopus cable mess or upgrade to an atx 3.0 if you are using a 4090 (Im not sure if the other 40 series use the new connector)

Corsair makes some of the best power supplies on the market. I bought this recently because I need a power upgrade and not because my other power supply failed. My previous power supply was an RM850w 80 plus gold that has lasted me for just over 11 years.

Its a great power supply. Plenty of power. I power a ASUS Nvidia 4080 video card. I real like the modular design. All the cables plug in so you only use the ones you need. No extra cables in your case

Very much needed if your gonna have a 30-40 Series RTX card. Solid build, isn't loud. A lot of extra cables.

It's a beast - I really like the modular approach to the cables. Tough - high power - well protected, and it protects your motherboard and devices. I know - I'm building a miner, and I blew-up two cheap power supplies. Not this one.

I previously had an EVGA 850GQ power supply in my system. It would occasionally restart the system without being under not that heavy workload. I would constantly hear coil whine. I then upgraded to this PSU and haven't had any issues since and no noise!

This is a great power supply unit, but this one does not come with PCIe 5.0 - 12VHPWR port. You need to look for other version if you want that. Other than that, this power supply unit runs quiet and stable.

Quiet, Juicy, all you ever need and more. I kind of wish PSU cables were more flexible, but alas, the thicker gauge wires are needed. Keep in mind, it's longer than normal <1000W PSUs, so plan your chassis accordingly. I have a Corsair 5000D and fits nicely in there

Hard to find a 1000 watt psu in stock for a reasonable price, so I am very happy to have gotten this one. It is powering a strix x570, 5950x, and 6900xt with plenty left over. The main reason I will only buy Corsair psu’s from here on out is the quality of the wire harnesses, they are to notch and have a 120 watt rating for pcie cables. Just remember to use dedicated cable for each connector on graphics card as they pull alot of power.
