Fully modular makes a huge difference with a build and have been using them for years. Never had a problem with anything from Corsair. You will not be dissapointed with this. This is running an i7, RTX 3080, 10 fans, a few SSD's and HDD's, and some other bells and whistles without a hiccup.

He had some off brand PSU. Once he installed this, everything worked just fine. Love Corsair products for that reason, they are reliable and work as they should.

Worth the model and great product to your hardware

I decided to do an exchange for the 1000 watt because i started getting new hardware and to be in the safe side i just added an extra 200 watts on top of my max so all the hardware have plenty and because i have 5 satas in use, gpu, etc.

Needed to Power a New High End GPU

I had a 750W version of this, which is what was recommended for my GPU but I think it likes to draw a bit more power than listed. This PSU is fantastic.

It’s a great power supply and it handles a 13900k and an rtx 3080 with no issues at all.

Awesome PSU

I previously had a regular non modular psu and was that thing terrible. The power output was decent but not being able to remove the cables was annoying. With this power supply you can use only what you need. Now I don’t have a ton of useless cables in my case!

He loves it! Working pretty good for it's price. It's absolutely worth it. There has been no problem with it so far.

Corsair RM850X psu

I have always used corsiar since late 90s early 2000s, and always great product. The psu i purchased is well built no issues, powered up my pc with as much powered need to supply.

Worked for my Alienware Aurora R5

My Alienware Aurora R5 power supply went bad and i got this to replace it. worked just fine. The only issue is that there is no micro sata power connection for the DVD drive. Guessing this is yet another Dell proprietary item since i never even knew it was a thing till i tryed to connect it.
