    I don't know if it's the difference between 80+ Gold vs Platinum, but this is considerably louder than my previous power supply. It is still new for me so time will tell how well it holds up.

    Purchased to replace a failed Dell Studio XPS power supply. It worked well, has nice cable options, and would have been perfect if only it had included a 6-Pin Slimline SATA 15-Pin SATA Power Cable, which is required for the dvd.

    Pretty easy install, kinda whack that it only comes with 2 pcie cables when today's gpus need both right off the bat. Other than that I have no complaints yet.
