The neck pillow i would have to adjust it everytime, the lumbar pillow as well, if you are going to be just sitting on it and not moving at all for hours, might be good. But if you have to get up multiple times, getting it back to a comfy position is a pain....

Easy assembly, but I ended up returning it a few days later because the back was to narrow for my liking. Wish it was a little wider. I really like the cloth instead of the typical leather chairs.

With working at my desk 40 hours a week, this chair has helped my back so much in the last week. My only CON would be the 4D arm rests. They work but they are very stiff to move. Other than that I would recommend this chair to anyone.
