This chair is awesome and the wife loves it. It's a big upgrade from the old chair she was using.

Meh. Better things out there for a lower price. When I received it, The right arm was really wobbly. After i took it apart. I found a broken weld. Taking back for a refund.

Overall, it's not a bad computer/gaming chair. It was fairly easy to assemble (Though the instruction booklet I got was badly mangled somehow out of the box, good thing my language wasn't Chinese as that portion of the booklet was mangled). The included combo hex-key screwdriver leaves little to be desired though, ended up using my own tools instead. I've had it over 24 hours so far and I have to say it's pretty good and comfortable so far, the inclusion of the pillows designed specifically for the chair are a very welcome addition as the chair back is quite stiff otherwise. The decision to make the wheels auto-brake when you're not actively sitting in the chair is kinda of a double-edged sword. On one hand, it makes accidentally bumping into the chair and having it roll away impossible, however about the only way to move the chair easily is to sit in it to move it, which is slightly annoying. However, now on to the problem I have with the chair...the arms. The base of the arms where they attach to the chair itself are EXTREMELY thin and easy to bend. I've accidentally warped the arms and had to re-bend them back into position a few times already. I'm likely going to have to swing by home depot and get some steel plates and make my own brace to stiffen the arms up myself (I was going to be buying materials anyway so I can make mounts for my flight sticks, throttle, and other devices I want mounted to the chair). Still really annoying that I'm having to fix something that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.

the chair was pretty good but it doesnt go up or down and i just found this out 15 days after purchase. but instead of a reasonable 30 days for return. best buy does a shady 14 days on chairs? its not electronic. just another reason i will no longer be spending money at bestbuy.

I stopped right before putting the backrest on. I sat down and no matter how i positioned myself, the sides dig into your hips. My wife tried it and said the same thing. Going to be returning tomorrow without a doubt.

The chair was comfy at the beginning but after a while it just became more stiff for me. The pillows help but it’s still hard to get it comfortable and it does not get low to the floor and being a little shorter made it hard.

Best chair for the money. I absolutely love this chair. Rolls amazingly and super comfortable. I looked at chairs and almost pulled the trigger on a secret labs but I didn’t want to spend 600 dollars for the same quality.

Chair seems fine but the off gassing smell is really really bad. It's been 5 days and it still smells HORRIBLE. It's very very strong. When will this stop.

Chair is Great and comfortable with the pillows, without the pillows though it can feel uncomfortable. material is ideal for hotter weather.

My 1st gaming chair was a DXRacer 5 years ago and I regretted it from day 1. It really wasn't good for my back. But this Corsair T3 is so much better, very comfortable, and not quite so expensive. The fabric is nicer too, as I don't like leather as its too hot.
