Not a very comfortable chair I had to return the cushion is very hard. I could not game comfortably too long.

At this price, after looking at a gross amount of comparable options, this chair is really solid. Fabric is comfortable, seat is thick enough. Headrest pillow: wish it had a longer band so it could be out anywhere. Lean back: feels a bit scary, doesn't "lock" as well so you really fall backwards (but don't fall over) No instructions: you have to look it up or figure it out. I also am happy it looks like a like a good mix between a gaming / racing and office chair.

Pleased with chair comfort & fit; smooth swivel. No assembly instructions included so seat initially placed backwards, took a little trial-&-error longer to put together. Looking forward to lots of use.

Let me preface this by saying I didnt buy this chair from BestBuy but its so bad I am leaving reviews anywhere I can. This chair is absolutely horrible. From construction, to assembly, to comfort. Please save your money and buy elsewhere. The chair doesn't even come with instructions and i had to find them online. The threads on the chair base for the arm rest and the wheel assembly are poor quality and were a fight to install without stripping the threads off the bolts, in fact i was only able to install three out of four bolts on the base due to poor threads. After assembly as soon as I sat in the chair I was instantly disappointed. It is incredibly narrow and uncomfortable. The sitting position is terrible, the cushion is hard. What am i supposed to do with this thing? Disassemble it and try to fit it back into the box then lug it the post office and ship it back? Probably going to end up on the curb with a free sign and I will use this as a learning experience to never buy another product from Corsair again. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING AND DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. If I could rate this chair lower I would.

Best bang for your buck chair. Premium like chair at a fraction of the cost. I swear they discontinued this chair on purpose because it was too good for the money and needed a reason to raise the price. It's very comfortable. Adjustable back for reclining. Included lumbar and neck pillow that are adjustable are very nice. If you get the fabric version you'll love it because it won't stick to you like the leather like ones and leather like ones tend to be "bonded" and rip and peel. So this will not only be cooler, more comfortable, but likely last longer as well. Wheels resist rolling but do roll when needed which is nice so i'm not flying around everywhere on my carpet. I absolutely love this chair and glad I found one before they were all gone. 100% recommended if you can source one.

Good chair for the price. I like the fabric much better than vinyl. Feels pretty sturdy, but is easy to put together. All points of adjustment are easy to manipulate.

Very comfortable and adjustable. I enjoy the cloth option as most gaming chairs are pleather.

They chair is confrontable but its not ergonomic at all. I have the ergochair from autonomous and its way more comfortable

Do not buy if you are over 5'7!! Neck support is absent! I am 5'9 and I have to keep manually adjusting the neck support pillow to sit comfortably... when I move my head, I lose the position of the pillow.. "best gaming chair"??

Comfortable and not too bad putting it together. Good lumbar support.
