Very solid chair, excellent lumbar support. I’ve used it everyday for the past 6 months or so with little to no issue. The assembly kind of sucks but once it’s together I have zero complaints

The Corsair TC100 Relaxed Gaming Chair hits a sweet spot—combining comfort, adjustability, and build quality at a standout price. It’s perfect for users looking for a capable gaming or office chair that doesn’t break the bank. Just be aware of its modest color palette, basic armrests, and slightly firm seat.

Very comfortable chair with great support for long gaming or work sessions. The materials feel durable, the adjustments are smooth, and the overall build quality is excellent. Definitely a big upgrade and worth the price.

    Comfortable and easy set up!

Though the set up instructions were not printed out with visuals, you can just google it and find it online. My old gaming chair had barely no padding so my back and bottom were hurting after half a year of using it. I found this one and its so much better. My old chair did have padding on the arm rests but because of wear and tear, it became painful for my arms and elbows as I do dig into them. This chair has a bunch of padding except for the arm rests, which I actually prefer because there is no breaking fabric for me. Super cushiony, super comfortable! The set up was very easy and pretty obvious but again, visual directions can be found online and they might have a QR code on the box as well. Premium quality for a pretty fair price, I have recommended to others as well!

    Not great but decent enough

Decent chair for my son standing around 6'2.. 2 knocks on the assembly though - no instructions or diagrams in the box but not hard to figure out and also the wheels do not lock into place above their swivel point, so small chance they may fall off if you decide to carry chair up or downstairs.

    Better Instructions

The only complaint that I have about this chair was the lack of instructions. I had to Google them. Otherwise the construction is solid, it's comfortable for me, and it's easy to assemble once you find the instructions.

200 lbs, 5'9" In attempt to lean and recline all the way back this chair is not balanced, causing you to fall. The wheelbase and seat portion does not provide enough weight to keep this from happening. The corners above on the back portion of the seat are too pronounced and press into your shoulders displacing them anteriorly. It's very uncomfortable. For someone who tries to relax, lean back, and keep your hands behind your head (or seat) these pronounced corners will dig into your shoulders giving you discomfort and pain. ***[If this section of the back was less angled will be great improvement] Also, the seat portion has pronounced edges that press into your legs laterally. This section is low volume cushion causing discomfort and pain. ***[Perhaps if this section were to be kept flush or flat with the rest of the seat will be great improvement] The rest of the chair is great. The height of the back rest covers up to the top of your head. The lumbar cushion is a nice addition. The pillow works best when you lean back and remove it when you sit up. Armrests are solid. The seat (where your bottom sits) has enough cushion, its comfortable. Very simple to assemble, and smooth mechanics for moving parts; wheels levers, pins.

I like the feel of the material used. I dislike the poor choice of wheels. Over all the chair is comfortable.

The quality of material used could be better, I had an issue with the side bolsters in the shoulder area lose its plushness within 2 days of using the chair. For the price of 250, almost 300$ id expect the chair to be built with more quality material inside. I'm only 5'8 160lbs so i don't weigh a ton, i wouldn't expect the padding inside to be pushed out of place so easily. Outside material is nice and soft, the chair is comfortable to sit in for longer periods of time. Id Recommend to buy this product as long as corsair or best buy will warranty the workmanship of the item in any case it has any premature wear. I paid good money for this item so i would like it to last a while, at least get my moneys worth before it starts to tear apart or/ padding becomes weak or frail. Also, no instructions but, its pretty self explanatory if you have put something together before, comes with all the tools you'll need.

Reasonably easy to put together (although needed to go online), seems pretty sturdy, comfortable. Hopefully it lasts more than a couple of years. Not ready to fully recommend, as it hasn't been long enough, but we're pleased so far. I don't like that I was forced to choose to either recommend or not to submit this review.

I have gone through meany cheep and expensive gaming chairs. And this one is one of the most comfortable and sturdy ones i have ever sat in. Coraser did right with this chair, its comfortable enough to sit in for hours and play games or do work. The only complaint i have is that the arm rest dont swivel left and right. Other than that this chair is above and beyond for the price.

I’d give it 4.5 stars mainly because the lumbar support is useless, and the chair is worth no more than $150 at best. That said, the overall quality and comfort are actually pretty decent.

this chair is pretty good, i have waited to write a review because i have a bad back and wanted to give an honest opinion on it. i work from home and also game alot and for being in a chair for an extended period of time this one does not bother me. i love the lumbar support and the head cushion. plus, it's not cloth so it is easy to clean! it was fairly easy to put together as well. would recommend purchasing new wheels for the chair, like the rubber roller blade ones if you are on a hard floor.

Honestly I bought the chair thinking it was going to be just decent because I have the older but “better” Corsair chair but once I sat down and started gaming I actually really enjoyed the chair super comfortable. Took about 10 mins to assemble overall great chair for the price. Might buy a second just the have when friends come over

love this chair! pillows are great quality, build is easy and straight forward, and the leather feels genuine. very customizable as well. mostly for small/medium body types. larger set people might have trouble getting comfortable in it. also, bottom is very comfortable

Assembly was fairly simple. Unfortunately chair basically wasn't designed for me. The neck pillow is massive and pushed my head and neck too far forward. Not using a neck pillow was just as bad so you kind of have to pick your poison. I had to remove a bunch of the stuffing from it until I reached a proper comfortable angle for my neck and head. The lumbar cushion was basically the same as the neck pillow. A bit too much padding. The seat cushion itself is comfortable but too narrow for me. I'm 5'9'' and about 200 lbs but the seat itself is not totally flat. The sides curved up which basically forced your legs inwards almost to the point of your knees touching. The 3d armrests are nice though. It was basically the only thing about the chair which was adjustable enough for my comfort. The casters weren't great. The wheels wouldn't actually spin as if the wheels were over tightened. Overall this chair might be great for a much smaller framed person.

So far this chair has been great! Firm yet soft seat cusion that gives a comfortable experience while also give durability and longevity. The martial has held up well and cleans easily. I took one star based the width of the chair. If you are a bit wide around the midsection and shoulders this chair may not be for you lol. But for the price i would still purchase this again.
