Love the way the keyboard feels and ease of use. Only complaint is right now it does not work with icue.

I bought this thinking that it was the top of the line keyboard from my favorite RGB company, but recently been having second thoughts on keeping it. Everything was good when I first plugged it in and starting typing, but later few bugs started to show up. Like some times when I use the browser software to run the keyboard, it makes my keyboard start freaking out and typing non-sense making is impossible to type anything at all, until you hard reset the keyboard. If you have this problem, to hard reset, hold the ESC button, unplug, and re-plug while holding the ESC button. And then there seems to be a single key switch light that is not working no matter what I do to try to get it to. The 'O' key seems to always just be a solid faint green. Its kinda bad that all the keys are not working the way they are intended. And finally the screen. I use to be able to customize and add my own pictures and other gifs, but after a visit to the iCUE app, I am unable to save new images and gifs to the on board memory in my keyboard.

Awesome keyboard. Love everything about it. Would absolutely recommend for any pc gamer.

Really good keyboard overall, just wished it was compatible with icue

So to start the software is terrible, you have to use a online app (a web based ui) to customize your settings. On top of that iCUE doesnt support the keyboard but instead it cant be used at the same time you want to customize your keyboard, the whole point of iCUE is all in one place customization. On top of this if you mess with any of the key sensitivity settings it promots you will have sticky key issues (when you press a button like w and it keeps pressing it) even after you reset the keyboard it will still persists. I honesty love the feel of the keyboard but with everything else wrong with it i have to give it a 1 star. I love corsair and their products but for a very expensive high end keyboard and all these issues i would not recommend it, also yes i did update the firmware of the keyboard to the latest software and the issues persisted. I will be returning this product

The 96% is the way to go if you want a keyboard for gaming, yet still want to do work with the numpad. Magnetic switches

Purchased this last week and immediately returned it. The advertisements are deceiving; YES, it is an amazingly capable device with 2 major caveats. 1. Web Hub App needs to be running in order to take full advantage, on Edge or Chrome 2. Web Hub App requires you to CLOSE iCue for it to be open. So, if you have other corsair devices you cannot use them to their full functionality. This Major drawback led me to Return the device. You could work around this and load profiles on the mouse but it's just an extra hassle. WAIT UNTIL CORASAIR FULLY INTEGRATES IT WITH iCUE. I don't know why they released this without full functionality. I'm guessing for the holiday season.
