    Good quality parts but I think I got a defective product fans stop working randomly then games freezes a lot .I restore it but then it crashes and only shows black screen with Corsair logo

    good while it worked It worked for around 15 minutes until, zoom and the whole pc hard reset every time I played a game

      Hi Visky,

      We're sorry to hear that the system was resetting while you were using it. Have you made sure to remove the safety pack from the inside of the system before use? This safety pack is to ensure there isn't damage to the GPU during shipping but would need to be removed prior to turning on the system as it impedes the fans and airflow.     Just received the PC today but it didn't come with a genuine windows product key pre-installed. Having to contact Corsair to get them to send it.

    This product is made for gaming to bad it couldn't last longer than 30 minutes of game play before it restarted. They make big promises about the preforms but doesn't measure up. Returning only two days of ownership

    This product is very good and runs smoothly, no problems yet but overall its worth the price. This prebuilt isnt like cyberpower or ibuypower where most of their desktops are not worth and cheap. Corsair has made their pc’s to be effective, so just buy the product if you are thinking about it, like every other product in the world there will be some that are defective due shipping for whatever happened, I wish you luck in getting a clean build if you are considering buying this beast.

    I've had it for about 3 years now and I have nothing but good to say about it. Performs well for the models using, excellent for gaming. Very easy to clean and maintenance. Would definitely purchase again!

    Got one of these and then a replacement the first lasted 5 months with many problems and broke beyond repair the replacement I got lasted 4 hours before breaking beyond repair
