Going from 8g to 16g was such a huge upgrade in performance, and for such a small price. I’m a gamer and mainly play WoW, but noticed a lot of choppy and freezing on high intensity situations. I was going to replace my gtx 980 ti, with a new 2070 or 2080 and remembered that I never upgraded my RAM. This saved me a lot of money.

I've bought a 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX set of RAM a couple times. Everything has been smooth sailing both times after installation. They work just fine paired up with first-generation AMD Ryzen processors, at least in my use case. Always do your due diligence in regards to compatibility and keep that receipt, just in case.

I bought this memory as an upgrade for my new desktop. It did not disappoint. Corsair has been a trusted manufacturer of mine for years. Both the quality of manufacture and performance were of the usual excellence. I was pleased to find that the price has dropped as well. I highly recommend picking this memory for upgrading by everyone.

Great Ram but I upgraded and should have gotten a different number! They never have these 2666mhz 16gb ram in stores but you have to order it! Would love to get another one if I wanted to go 32gb or higher. I still personally would use 16gb anyways. It's important to match the processor speed. However, if you wanna overclock then I highly recommend a higher spec ram instead.

Excellent performance and it stays cool. This RAM works well at the published speeds. Does not overclock without instability, but that is beyond the intended use.

I paired this with a Ryzen 5 1600 and RX 570 and it works perfect. I was a little wary about buying 2400mhz ram but it seems to work fine. I don't overclock or anything so not sure how it would handle in that situation. But, great deal for 16gb of ram

Recently upgraded to 32 GB RAM. It went smoothly and along with i7 to 9 upgrade my computer performs noticeable and siginifically faster and smoother (gaming). I chose the 2.4GHz clock because that is what my existing ram's clock is which leads to smoother addition.

I bought my parents a new PC with 8GB (2-4GB sticks). I replaced the 2 - 4GB sticks and turned on the new PC. After all of the initial startup processes and user entry information... and we just used some basic programs and internet... this PC is blazing fast for them.

I already had this memory installed on my gaming rig(i was on a budget then) but found out that XPS in MSI mobo settings overclocked memory very well. So, I was at Best Buy looking at RTX cards and saw the same exact memory on sale for like 40 bucks. Couldn't pass it up. Now I am rocking 32gb OC Corsair memory which works great. Running on a i7-9700k 9th gen OC 4.7GHZ, MSI Geforce 1080ti 11gb DUKE GPU, 500TB SSD, (and the one purchase I regret) a micro atx MSI motherboard. It is a good board but with the aftermarket cpu cooler and the huge graphics card, I can just get the class cover back on my case. I need to get a full atx mobo soon. The memory works well and this setup kills. I have been running pretty much all games on high/ultra settings with no problems. R2D2 I run on high/ultra. GPU gets a little hot but stays stable at 79c. Anyways, great ram, great price and if you have a decent mobo, you should be able to overclock it easily. I let my mobo do the overclocking for me.

This is good inexpensive DDR4 ram that'll work in pretty much any Dell XPS desktop that I've put it in. It's great to be able to pick it up in store for the same price you'd pay to order it anywhere online. Installation is a snap - literally. Couldn't be happier.

I can confirm that I am successfully running the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Desktop Memory Kit on a MSI B350 Tomahawk at 3200Mhz. After MSI updated the BIOS I was able to achieve that speed. Before the update, I was able to get it to 2933Mhz. In BIOS I have the speed set to 3200 and the clocks set to 16 18 18 18 36 and the RAM voltage set to AUTO. When I manually set the voltage to 1.350 it did not work. Anyway, hoping this info is helpful for other buyers and obviously, I'm giving this RAM 5 stars for working as intended with my motherboard. I have lowered the speed to 2933Mhz. Several memory tests I ran were showing errors when running at 3200Mhz whereas the 2933Mhz is error free. Final numbers: 16, 18, 18, 18, 36 Voltage 1.35 Frequency 3200 MSI B350 Tomahawk + Ryzen 1700x running at 3.9GHZ 1.425V I have bought another MB ASUS - TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) (recently so will try that too.

These cards were perfect for upping the amount of ram on my pc. I use my pc for gaming purposes and upgrading my measly 8GB of ram to 16GB of ram has significantly improved my quality of performance. Highly suggested for the budget gamer who needs the extra ompf.

The latency is low on this ram. Not the absolute fastest, but again, for the price, not bad at all. They plugged right into my motherboard and worked perfectly right out of the gate. Would recommend if you're looking for a good budget set of ram.
