Customers find value in the Vengeance LPX RAM's performance, ease of installation, and affordability. Many appreciate its compatibility and the option for overclocking, while some prefer the lack of RGB lighting. Positive feedback frequently highlights the memory's speed and effectiveness in improving system performance. A few users noted heat generation, but this was not a widespread concern.

I'm new to PC gaming having only purchased my system in February. But I've slowly been upgrading different components, my PC only came with 8gb of DDR4 RAM. I upgraded my GPU and was noticing some FPS dips, I purchased this RAM and it improved my overall FPS and I no longer see the dips. Very happy with my purchase.

My new Lenovo IdeaCentre 5i 90NA desktop PC came with 8GB RAM(2x4) @ 2933Mhz. I bought this 16GB kit(2x8) to increase my memory because Windows10 was using 40% of my RAM just at an idle and up from there. My only choices at BestBuy were Corsair Vengeance LPX or HyperX Fury. I was advised by a BB rep to get the 3000Mhz RAM because it was closer to my 2933Mhz board than the 3200Mhz. I received it within a week (I chose the Corsair because the HyperX would have taken 4 to 6 weeks for delivery according to BB's site). Installation was very simple and it worked fine except it would only run at 2133Mhz speed. 800Mhz less than my board was capable of was not acceptable to me. I was told to enter the BIOS and change the speed but I was unable to because every time I tried I was blocked by the message "INVALID FORMAT". Eventually I found out from Lenovo that the 3000Mhz was not compatible with my mainboard, although 3200Mhz is. To reorder the 3200Mhz in HyperX or Corsair would have taken 4 to 6 weeks because of the holidays and COVID-19 and because they were temporarily out of stock, so I ordered a plain Crucial 16GB kit from Amazon, which worked fine. The Crucial 3200Mhz is sold out on Crucial's website (now sold out on Amazon, too). I am fairly certain that the 3200Mhz Corsair or HyperX would have worked fine also, but I didn't want to wait a month or more. I wished the Corsair 3000Mhz would have worked better with my system, but they were not compatible. My new 3200Mhz works fine and I am allowed to enter into my BIOS once again, although I didn't need to because it worked at full speed automatically. Even though my system board is supposed to max out at 2933Mhz, I found out through the RAMMon app that the two factory installed 4GB sticks were 3200Mhz Micron brand - though the sticker on the RAM said "Samsung 2933Mhz". I liked the look and feel of the Corsair Vengeance LPX and wished that I could have ordered the 3200Mhz from Best Buy but they were temporarily out of stock and I did not feel like waiting 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I was kind of disappointed that the BestBuy rep recommended RAM (3000Mhz) that was incompatible with my Lenovo PC. But, whatever.

I purchased these to double my RAM in my system for the newest flight simulator, and what a difference! The Vengeance product line has been good for me for years, and these perform just as expected, my PC is loving every bit and byte of the additional memory, and so is my gaming!

This product is $20 less than online or the local computer store, and BestBuy has is in stock at most stores. It's compatible with the Ryzen CPUs and runs fine at the rated speed. Didn't try to overclock this yet, but other Corsair Vengeance RAM I've used would run at higher than rated speeds

Brought these to be paired with a Ryzen 5 3600, these work perfectly with this CPU and my Motherboard. Do some light/medium gaming and 16 GB is more than enough for what I need. Most time I recommend the Corsair brand when considering RAM.

Saw it was on sale, so purchased to replace the slower ram supplied in my ibuypower gaming pc purchased from bb. Installed this easily and upped the speed to 3 ghz with a click in the bios. No problem whatsoever. Later added another 2 sticks for a total of 32g. Super easy upgrade.

Unless you really want to get all RGB, this is the set for you. This is a low profile, good speed, not bad looking kit of RAM. Even if visible this world either blend in with your build for fit just right with your theme.
You really can't go wrong going with LPX.

Generally RAM is RAM. Make sure it is the correct generation and speed to work with your motherboard and processor.
I have four of these sticks in my PC (32GB total) and so far no issues. I highly recommend, there has been no stability issues at all.

A quick and easy upgrade for anyone who is still playing games on 8GB on ram and wants to be able to run newer titles. The price point is even better since at the time I purchased these, ram was difficult to find. 10/10

When you have to flex on your friends that you have 32 gigs of RAM this extra 16 gigs did just that, for gaming yes I know it doesn't improve gaming after 16 gigs but it's nice running YouTube music on the background and have no slow downs

Unfortunately I bought this kit at the height of the RAM price hike, so I payed nearly double what it costs at the current time. but I'm not blaming that on Corsair. Great quality ram, easily able to tune the timings to get the best performance out of my Ryzen 5 1600 @ 4.0ghz.
You may or may not be able to get 3000mhz speed on your cpu depending on your motherboard and motherboard bios, initially i was only getting 2933mhz until a bios update.
You can always go with faster memory for ryzen but the difference between 3000mhz and 3200mhz isn't much in terms of performance gain and you'll usually end up spending a fair bit more.
Also recommended to a friend with a TR 2950x and he's loving it.

Handles gaming and productivity with ease. My motherboard didn't auto-recognize its proper GHz, but easily set manually in the BIOS without issue. I currently have 16GB and thinking about expanding with one more pair to 32GB for multitasking heaven.

Corsair would be the only RAM I’d recommend. Their quality is excellent and is easy to install. This one doesn’t have RBG which is perfect for me. I don’t want all the lights, just simple and the performance is great!

I love the price I got this at, and the performance increase was noticed right away, however, I have an Alienware Area 51 R2 (Late 2014) with a X99 Intel chip, and while it does work perfect with it, I was not able to get the XMP profile in the BIOS setting to work with it at all. Every time I would enable it, it rebooted like normal, but would either freeze before Windows loaded, or it would load and go immediately to a black screen and get stuck there. I am using on normal profile with 2133 speeds, which is fine. So unless you OC and know what youre doing, XMP profile didn't work for my set up.

Easy to open & install. I have not run any tests on it yet, but it popped right up in my new machine taking the stock 8Gb up to 24Gb. Delighted that the motherboard in the new computer has four rather than the two that one reviewer complained about.

Awesome performance and looks good in the case. I don't need that RGB flash that just creates an extra cable management headache. This is perfect for what I need, will probably get another 16GB soon to double my system RAM.

Added this to a cheap workstation pc. I just turned in xmp and it to its correct mhz. Good price point and size. Didn't fell the need to goto 32gb. Nice low profile so it won't hit cpu coolers tube, fans and or blocks.
