So far, these have not disappointed me - I purchased them specifically to use for Arc Raiders after having issues with a previous pair. They've performed well. Sound is good, noise cancellation is fine and the mic seems to work well enough. They're more comfortable than others I've tried, but do sit slightly looser than I wish on the head. The price point is really what keeps these at a 3 for me - $350 after taxes is just a lot of money for headphones that "don't disappoint". I would want them to blow me away, and these simply don't.

These are amazing can hear everything in these the ear phones arent super heavy on the ears either.

I love this headset....but its SO heavy. Hoping i'll get used to it, but I may end up returning it for something else. The weight of it actually makes the top of my head a bit sore.

The battery life it great long distance connection is great I can go out side the house and still connected

I got a pair week ago as a christmas gift to myself, and i love them so far the sound qauilty is amazing and the bluetooth to my phone while still connecting to the computer is amazing i can scroll social media while waiting lobbies without having to take off headphones

I got this heavy discount and I can say for that price this is a STEAL. I already use a lot of Corsair products and I'm coming off of a pair of Corsair hs80 and this one didn't disappoint

I bought these headphones, but I've had the Virtuoso for PC and honestly, I wasn't convinced. I didn't like the sound much; there are better options.

They won’t work with discord on xbox. It’s missing a lot of customization on xbox. iCUE needs to be on your desktop but there is no app on the xbox and settings in the xbox are nonexistent. They are comfortable and the battery last a long time. There are lots of wishes and wants with this headset specifically for the xbox. They need to make a headset that is universal to all platforms. This headset only works with xbox and pc. If they fix the discord problem I would give them 4 stars. They need to add the ability to change settings in xbox.

Perfect for what I use it for mostly fps games and never had a issue with it disconnecting from my Xbox

Fairly hit or miss product. Would really only recommend for people who are deep in the Corsair ecosystem. Build quality feels good at first, but there are some concerns about the earpad and headband material potentially tearing. Sound quality out of the box is very bad. Way too bass heavy and treble boosted. Need to EQ these to enjoy them. Comfort is fairly good but the pads have way less padding than what they look like they do. Battery life is average as well. They do look extremely good. Mix quality is also above average.

My major gripe was sound outside the headset, people around can hear the audio playing even at 20% volume which to me defeats the point of over ear headsets. Mic was good though.

Very good headset for gaming. You can easily make out footstep directions.

The absolute best headset I ever bought. The only problem I had was that I had dropped it and the sliding button to turn it on and activate the Bluetooth got jammed in. I was able to unjam it and it works great still.

Love corsair products! Had the OG virtuoso’s and uograded to this. Dolby atmos SHINES with this one. Can use on PC or Xbox

I really wanted this headset. It has a very premium look and feel to it. Unfortunately, I was never able to use it on my Xbox because on three separate headsets that I purchased the wrong USB transmitter was included. There is a PC/PS5 version that does not work with the Xbox and somehow on all 3 headsets the transmitter for that model ended up with the Xbox headset. The first time I contacted Corsair they couldn’t care less and even sent me a survey on how they did without ever even responding to my initial concern. The second time they appeared to be on it and had the USB transmitter shipped to me. However, the transmitter they shipped to me was the same one I already had, which means I still couldn’t use them on my Xbox. I quickly emailed Corsair about the problem and they said they see I received the transmitter and the matter was now closed. I returned the headset for the last time the following day. I don’t know if the headset is any good for the Xbox, but I do know Corsair is terrible at quality control and customer service.
