these are good and solid great product great for gaming

I'm really not a fan of this headset, and it all comes down to the battery life. It fits well. The sound is good. It's comfortable enough, and the controls are simple. However, all of this overshadowed by the fact that nearly every time I put this headset on I get an annoying message in my ear after a few minutes of playing: "Auto-shutdown initiated." The battery drain is phenomenal, and what makes it worse is that I could charge it to full then turn it off and leave it for a few days, then when I turn it back on I get the same low battery error. I can't use it at all without keeping it constantly plugged in it seems. If I wanted a wired headset I would have bought one. This seems only capable of holding enough juice to get you and your laptop through a quick 15 minute blackout.

It is a great product to use both with PS4 and computer.

The headphones work great but they are lose with us a downside. They feel like they are always falling off. But otherwise a great product.

Works in perfect condition, very cheap for something with surround sound and RGB, would definitely recommend this to someone and the customer service was very helpful and kind!

Works good. Mic works great only negative is that the battery life is not 16 hours it’s more like 6-7 hours but charges very quick.

this was the worst headphones i have ever owned. even though it comes with a USB for the receiver it doesn't have the divers on it so you need to go to the Corsair website to download the drivers to get it working. after turning the headphones on, it takes a good while to connect so you can hear things. after being fully charged the battery will only last about 45 minutes and if you are a gamer, 45 minutes is nothing. watching a movie..... for one, if you are not actively clicking the mouse it will auto shutdown in about 10-15 minutes. i find the voice warnings very annoying. "battery low" "mic on" "mic off" "auto shut down initiated" ... move the mouse "auto shut down canceled" hearing this all the time was driving me up the wall. oh and the software to fully use them is 2 gigs. comon. on top of all of that these headphones take up your internet bandwidth due to the online services with an active connection constantly sending or receiving packets. why?... and what is it doing?..... on the other hand the audio and mic was great. the build quality was fantastic and it was what I expected from a good company like corsair because it took me a good while to destroy these headphones when i finally had enough

Worked well but he likes the wired headphones better.

This headset takes some getting used too and takes a while to dial in the sound settings. Once you have it down these are amazing, and work wonderful with your other iCue devices.

These are super solid my big issue is that they take a while to charge but they have a long battery life & the sound quality is definitely good, I believe that these are B or A tier
