They hardly ever connect correctly or at all for that matter. I constantly get fuzz and cutting in and out of my audio. The dongle HATES staying connected to the headset. It drives me up a wall! I tried so many things to try and fix it. Corsair's "help section" did not help in the slightest. If anything made its connection worse. DO NOT BOTHER PLAYING ANY GAMES THAT REQUIRE SOUND AS A SOURCE OF GAME SENSE. Useless. Worst set of headphones I've ever owned. And I swear by Corsair. But these things. terrible.

The only thing worse is the software that randomly doesn't detect the headphones and wont turn on the additional features. Pretty obvious the software is just poorly developed and probably went out to the cheapest bidder. Put your money elsewhere.

However, some gaming features are missing. an example is, not having the option to control the chat volume and game volume individually. This makes it harder to focus on the game and hear your chat party simultaneously. On a positive note, the sound is crisp, and the fit is pretty good too.

Trash headset you will have to tweak the headset the mic will go out after 4 months it constantly fails while gaming forget trying to trouble shoot it. Just avoid or you will just endup tossing it in the trash as well

I would play games off steam and the auto shut down would start even though I was midgame. I had to replace the USB plug from Port to port because it would not connect. Also the battery Charge was about 8 hours not 16. The noise cancelation was almost null in a populated room but the sound was good. Returned afer 2 weeks and swapped for the SS Artic 5's.
