    I've tried both surround and stereo both are terrible the battery dies fast, and I would not recommend anyone buy this thing it even feels cheap

    Really wanted this to work out, but there were issues where you had to adjust the volume by going into settings on PS4 even though the box says it is compatible.

    Battery is out of whack already

    Had for less than a year and the battery is already malfunctioning. Cant have it off the usb charger for more than five minutes before it starts to die. This is no longer a wireless headset, but a wired one. For 100 bucks get something much better. Corsair is only popular bc they have a cool logo, imo. They make some cool stuff but I have not had the best experiences with their products. I am sticking with HyperX and Logitech here on out.

    Random bad headset?

    Not sure if I just got a random bad headset but just after a month it is starting to have problems with cutting out and pops from time to time, I would refund it if I had the possibility.

    got these headphones delivered May 8th. The left earphone went out yesterday May 18th. so they basically lasted 10 days. wont be buying Corsair headphones again. time to return them.

    Do not buy, these do not work in discord, you have to use a third party program to get the mic to work at all, the sound quality is horrible, and the range is just pathetic.

    Battery Life is Terrible

    2nd ones I have owned. The new ones last maybe 5 hours on full charge. Have had them for 3 days. Reason I bought another set is the first ones I had lost battery life pretty quickly as well. I did however like the comfort and fit (and price). Taking these new ones back and going with Virtuoso. Hope they stand up to advertised charge time.

    Volume Button Didn't Work- Not Loud Enough

    These were just not loud enough and the volume button did not work. Took it back and bought a soundbar which is much better than any headphones I've tried.

    Not a good headset. Not secure and the sound is horribly weak even when the volume is all the way up. And no I am not going deaf haha.

    A nice headset, but be warned that a cheaply made/designed dongle will render your headphones useless if it breaks.
