    The mic didn't work and had to research it and find out how to download a fix. than it worked for a month and now it doesnt work again. Thankfully I purchased the insurance.

    Bad mic and takes a while to set up

    Headset sounds ok, the feedback wasn’t too great. My friends say that my voice sounds muffled even though I have the mic right in front of my mouth. Will be returning.

    Hard to connect

    I found it impossible to connect to my ps4. I asked my kids to try and they were not able to either. Not sure if its just me or others have had this issue

    Compared to everything else you can buy this headset is pretty bottom tier. Low quality headband, bad sound quality, awful static during high volume.

    Headset did not work

    I bought the first headset for my son in September with the protection plan. Had to exchange on 11/12, the ear piece fell off. Exchanged for the same headset with the protection plan, came home & hooked it up, wouldn't even turn on. Returned the headset again on 11/16 for the exact same headset, came home and hooked it up, no audio. Returned the 3rd headset again today, bought another brand. Will never buy another Corsair headset again.

    Don’t buy this

    Avoid this at all costs. No one can hear me through the mic unless I push it right up to my mouth. I looked on various forums and found that Corsair has had issues like this with their headsets for at least 6 years. The headset also frequently disconnects from the dongle and drops the signal entirely if I leave the room. Corsair is letting me RMA it but they want me to pay return shipping which is terrible customer service.

    Crackling audio

    The headset can't go far from the USB receiver, and when you get past that point it gets audio interference, and the voice audio softens. The battery life on this headset is small too, not made for a long day off the charging cable. The audio isn't much better when near the USB receiver, it occasionally crackles. Plus the voice notification is very loud when you switch the settings.

    No fault of best buy, but these are probably the worst headphones you can buy. Only a week or so after purchase i started having issues with them not holding a charge and dying after a few days of no use. Once completely dead they refused to charge and turn on. I had to submit a claim through corsiar to exchange them as it was too late for me to returm to the store

    The head set could use a better head fitting system, and then the mic keeps switching out and cutting off, dont like that at all

    Five month life span

    These worked great, until they didn’t. After five months the audio went out and now they are useless and not returnable.

    Headphone headaches

    The head set is already having problems recharging other than that it’s fine but charging problems this soon is a problem will return them as soon as I can yet again and try it there’s a brand that charges magnetically like the phones do,this is like the fourth or fifth time replacing headphones at Best Buy and it cost me $ every time I go

    5 Months and they no longer charge

    Five months old and no longer will charge. I only had these headphones since August of last year. Unable to even charge them anymore. This will be the last time I order Corsair headphones. I had the same problem with previous ones, at least those lasted a little over a year.

    This may be a quality headset for PC, but it’s one of the worst I’ve ever used for PS4. The sound quality on this headset is average at best. When using the microphone at its highest volume, my party struggled to hear me. Not to mention they needed to be updated before initial use. Biggest waste of $100 I’ve ever spent.

    Worst Headset Ever Purchased!

    For the price I paid for this headset, I was expecting more from it.., however it did not fit my headboard right, and there was little to no adjustments that could be made for comfort. The sound quality SUCKED, and I am genuinely surprised this headset was priced at $100, and frankly, I was relieved to get rid of it.
