I was excited enough to try out the headset since it's my 1st gaming headset. Sadly.... the USB adapter it included won't work... The headset.... -Love the cushion -The design is sleek -The RGB is a nice touch I gave this product 3 stars because I really like the headset design. Now.. the cons... -USB adapter doesn't even work.... at all. For hours, I was trying to figure out how to make my headphones connect to the USB but it wouldn't even connect... nothing. I've tried all the fixes i've seen in the web and sadly, nothing. I feel that the USB adapter is the main issue here. Headset is full charged, plugged in the USB cable, adapter is reset several times, etc. It's funny because in the Corsair website, it listed tips. And apparently, their tips is useless. 1000/3000 users find their tips helpful... that's... not a good sign hahaha. Overall, disappointed. Just a buyer beware that their USB adapters won't work well. I can just return for an exchange, but at this point I'm just gonna get bluetooth headphones Was able to connect my beads earphones to my PC just fine. Kinda wish gaming headsets have bluetooth so I can avoid this USB issue.

the transmitter USB or dongle broke will i was unplugging my monitor and i didnt move pass that hard. and it broke the actual USB broke and on amazon corsair is charging 50 dollars plus for the little USB and i havent even owned this for a year yet. Hopefully corsair you can help me, i have bought alot of your quality items and this one falls short for the transmitter, i guess the usb was cheap please help

It's definitely a great headset for immersive sound and hearing footsteps in the game if you play FPS multiplayer. However it's very hard for the mic to pick up your voice when you attempt to talk through mic. Sometimes I end up having to actually put the mic near lip contact for it to hear me which I find unpleasantly annoying. It's still a great headset for amazing sound but I don't know about the voice output.

So far, the headset has proven durable and flexible, while being comfortable. My boyfriend even goes to sleep with them on sometimes. It has an incredibly long battery life, good reach, and amazing quality. He loves them!

This is a pretty good headset for PC gaming, my only complaint is the microphone boom stick is rather large and i would have preferred it be smaller or just not present. but besides that the headset works well, the RGB is kind small but just bright enough to still be noticed in dark settings.

so far so good - keeps charge not happy with fact that my prior headset that was a gift and on their shelf, (that was horrible) store would NOT give me a credit! the only biz I will do with Best Buy is IF I must have it and if so order online. no concept of cust care

AWESOME SURROUND SOUND, I CAN HEAR THE ZOMBIES BEHIND ME. ALSO GOOD FOR WATCHING MOVIES AND NOT MAKING A NOISE TO WAKE ANYBODY

I dont know if its my PC or the headset , but sometimes the headset audio will cut in and out and can be very annoying because it does it multiple times . but sometimes It works just fine

Super comfy with long battery life. I really like the function that auto mutes your mic when you flip it up. The range is also pretty good and I get about twenty feet when I leave the room with my PC in it.

Good Headset for the price. I would recommend. I've had it for about 1 year or 2 bought it when I bought my pc. it lasted very long and good quality.

Wonderful headphones especially for the price. These are my first gaming headphones and the sound quality and mic quality are so good. I think I'll be sticking to Corsair

Extremely comfortable, the metal frames make them indestructible when wearing them to sleep , the mic is clear crisp, easy to use and set up, and verry easy to mute and un mute

After having tried the Corsair Void Elite Headphones out, what impressed me more than anything about them is the extremely low latency between audio coming from a PC to these headphones. If you are a gamer (or even not), you won't go wrong with this headset. Corsair definitely did it again by creating a solid piece of equipment.

These were ok, had them for four years before they crapped out. They are alittle on the heavy side and the mic stand is a bit long for me. People kept saying I sounded really far away, so I'd have to hold the mouth piece closer to my face when trying to talk.

Bought for my son and paired it with the Corsair K55 keyboard. So far no complaints I tested it out myself as well pretty good quality for the price if your on a budget. RGB is definitely a plus and when you use the icue software to control sound and lights.

Used consistently for 3 years with no problems. Comfortable and the surround sound is great. Would absolutely recommend for consoles.

Excellent wireless gaming headset for my son. It's comfortable and durable at an affordable price.

Not worth the money in my opinion. It's an overall decent headset, but there's definitely better out there. I had a wired Corsair that I loved, so tried this, was really disappointed. Anyways, the volume for the microphone is too low. I had to look it up and found a great YouTuber, but had to install a 3rd party software just to make this work. Kind of ridiculous for $100. Also their iCue interface is mediocre. Mic volume is set at 100% by default, but it's horrible. Other than that you can change the colors or adjust sound quality. Overall I could not recommend this.
