This is a pretty well made item. Fits comfortably and charges quickly.

Pro: -Feels comfortable -Sound is quite good for the price Cons: -Unit came with a defective battery -Requesting RMA is extremely time consuming and slow -Sound was extremely low in some games/applications, found in reddit that some other users were having this issue and they agree iCue is to blame. They had some workarounds installing 3rd party software that I didnt want try for safety reasons Notes: -I requested an RMA for the defective battery, and after some weeks of emails back and forth, they agreed to send a new unit in exchange of the bad one. -The new unit I got, was a big improvement in battery life, this confirms the in fact came bad from factory. After some weeks of use, it started acting weird with some apps. I really dont want to go though their paintfull RMA process. I'll give it away and placed an order for a Razer headset.

These were a gift. My son loved them. He said they were light and liked the Bluetooth. Would recommend.

Eh, USB stick breaks easily but other than that it also has a static sound when you turn volume down a bit but other than these 2 defects it is pretty good. For what you're paying for you should get much better quality though, it is like the HS50 from corsair.

I'm in search for a decent headset for leading conference calls from home. I need noise cancelling, over the ear for comfort, battery life that lasts >10 hours, wireless, and with a mic because my long hair screws up reception on most devices. I bought these on the recommendation of two coworkers who love them. Unfortunately they didn't come close to fitting my average size head (7 1/4 hat size). They fell off if I moved my head or looked down. My husband tried them on and had similar complaints - just way too big to be stable. I ended up returning them. If you have an oversized noggin, these would be great. I really liked how the mic auto-muted when the mic was flipped up. Quality seems good too. Just way too big - both in size and weight - to be a good choice for the average woman.

Easy set up. Work perfectly. Quality feel. But they are heavy and hot. Maybe can get used to them but don't like using them so far. Friend has the and loves them.

The quality of the sound is amazing but, the microphone all noise around you. If you don't care about external noises around you, this could be good option

One of the best headsets I've ever owned, I tried both the HS70 and Corsair HS80 so far and while the HS80 is definitely good something about these just feels better but that's personal choice of course.

not that great, low price but im sure at this point you can find better, headphones have static when listening, and microphone is very low even when turned up to max in the mic

This headset is good but there is a slight buzzing noise no matter what I use I got the app and everything.

The mic is too low. Other than that they’re alright.

It's overall a good headset... The problem is that it's microphone is mediocre, and that when you're at low battery, it makes a noise (This isn't the problem) But it will sometimes make this noise randomly, even when it's almost fully charged. This can cause over-charging, which not only reduces the life-time of the headset, but can cause the headset to cut out, and microphone to not work for brief periods of time, until it's gotten the excess energy out of it's system.

Writing this review after 5 months of use. The biggest waste of money literally ever. I have a new headset on the way as I write this. The first thing I noticed is that unless you have a large head, these will slide right off of you. I don’t have a very small head, maybe average/a little small, and the tightest these go still is SUPER loose, and it allows them to slide around so bad that if I look down they fall off. I should’ve returned them as soon as I got them but I didn’t. Big mistake and I regret a lot. Next issue that is REALLY a problem is these pick up my breathing really bad. No matter how I’ve changed my settings, people on Discord are always telling me they can hear me breathing, no matter how far the mic is from my face. It’s so annoying and something I shouldn’t have to deal with and I’m surprised I didn’t buy a new headset sooner. Lastly, the durability sucks. I’m really careful with these, especially since they were so expensive. But about a week ago (5 months after purchase) the mic arm is no longer adjustable and falls completely down no matter where I put it. Again. Big Waste of my money. There’s so many other headsets you can get at a lower price that are so much better than these. I hate these so much, I’m not even saving them as a back up when my new pair comes in.

Sound quality could be better. Didn’t like the weight of it

I got this headset yesterday and when i got home and set it up it did not have great sound quality ie very very quiet so i did some research and another person had same problem it is significantly quieter on ps5 than on pc. I could barely hear out of it. So just writing this to hopefully save someone elses time and money.
