    Not a great bargain

    I've owned SEVERAL gaming headsets over the years from the Razer Krakens, Steel Series Siberias, Logitech, etc. This headset is just a terrible value. My previous headset, the $99 Steel Series Arctic 3s were better than this in every single way. I have an average size head, and these things simply feel wonky. The top part feels like it is set too forward and doesn't leave a comfortable feel. The BATTERY ON THIS HEADSET IS TERRIBLE! On a full charge, it will last about 2-3 hours max. My Steel Series Arctic 3s had to be plugged up every other day or so. Just a ridiculous disparity between charge times for a product of the same price. No brainer! Over all, I do like how the microphone gets announced it has been turned off when you hit the mute button. The a nifty little feature. Not worth the overall quality, or lack thereof, when there is a much more superior product on the market. I will be returning these and getting the Steel Series Arctic 3 (or maybe the 7s this time, for $50 more...)

    I bought these to replace my Razer man o wars after one of the ear pieces broke off. I was VERY disappointed. Played star citizen and everything sounded completely muffled. Messed with the eq a bit and could not get rid of the muffled sound tried overwatch, same thing. I'm going back to Razer. I really wanted to make the switch to corsair, but I'm sticking with Razer

    Microphone problems

    I just bought these two days ago and the sound okay but the microphone does not work very well. My friends are constantly asking me to repeat myself the only way they can hear me is if I'm talking really really loud. I googled this situation and it seemed that many others have had this issue

    The wirst mic ever

    So, I bought this headphones like a 2 years ago. And I stopped using them after 3 months ... because mic really have a worst quality. I don't know if it's made of rubber or plastic but after 3 months the microphone just ... fell off))) So, then I decided to buy a new one. Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless... It's was the biggest mistake in my life. Sound horrible. The feeling of hissing when you playing WoW and using healers abilities or when water pouring. Yesterday left headphone just... fell off) It looks like it has been spinning over time and at the end just fell off. I have a corsair's keyboard now for a 6 months I think. Will see how it's works. By the way, sorry for my English.

    Sounds ok but doesn't last

    Owned them for 2 months and then they started turning off randomly, today while in class they died completely and now I have to drive to best buy to spend another 100 dollars on a different headset.

    WON'T FULLY CHARGE OR HOLD A CHARGE

    Sound quality is great, but it won't fully charge or hold a charge. I bought these for work and they won't charge more than about 93%...today was only at 83% to start...after an hour in use was down to 54%...I bought wireless to have the freedom to move around while staying on the phone, but these won't last through a full work day. A Google search shows that these have battery issues that are known...and have been known by Corsair for several years! ???

    Constant static and beeping

    My wife and I bought this headset. First three months this worked great. Than after updates ive started to realize the headset would lose connection when I was sitting right by my computer. It would beep constantly like it was going to die but the battery is sitting at 96-100 percent. Constantly cutting in and out of audio. Highly dont recommend.

    NO SOUND

    There was no sound and my pc said they were connected. When troubleshooting I could also hear the beep that the troubleshooter plays for you. I found a solution online that said to hold down the button next to the led indicator on the doggle but when I pushed it down it was already flat as if it was broken. I also should say I connected the USB to the pc using a USB-c type adapter because my pc doesn't have any regular USB ports. I was very disappointed that I will have no choice but to return them.

    These headphones are not very good. They hurt my head after 10 minutes. They are heavy and the worse part is they do not work right on PS4. They literally ruined my game night. My cousin on the other end could not hear me... and yes I changed the ps4 setting. These also loose functions when not used with a PC. So I said okay let me install the usb fob into my laptop because it says as soon as I plug in the wireless fob it will download the needed software. Nope it did not. I already spent to much time with this headset. I went back to my trusty old set.

      Which problems did you specifically have with compatible devices? Please note that having a download start once you just connect the wireless dongle into a compatible PC would be intrusive, and not at all what people would want so know that that is done on purpose.

    Always turns off without cause

    This headset works well, except it always turns off on its own, at random. I have adjusted the auto-off feature and made sure nothing else was causing it. It isn't related to battery strength or signal strength. Sometimes it will turn off, you'll turn it on, then it turns itself back off. It's very strange. If you don't mind this inconvenience, it's a nice product.

    Junk don’t buy

    Headset cuts out and nobody can hear what I’m saying such a piece of junk don’t waste your money tried to return it but can’t find my receipt can’t believe I paid 100$ for something that doesn’t work right out the box

    Microphone Volume Ridicuously Low

    The microphone on this thing barely picks up my voice despite the microphone volume being set to 100% in both Windows and Discord. Don't waste your money if you want your friends to actually be able to hear you. Wasted an hour troubleshooting this that I'm never getting back.

    Known firmware issues for PC users

    Purchased as a gift for my husband. Apparently there is a known issue with these headsets where it connects and disconnects from PC constantly and there is no firmware fix for it. So he plans to return them.

    BEWARE OF CONNECTION ISSUES

    After using these headset for a year, I've had this issue where the headset will keep disconnecting and reconnecting to the dongle. I was waiting to see if there would be an update to fix this or something since I've seen other people having the same issue online, but nothing ever worked to fix this. Beware of this problem if buying! Other than that the headset works great. I will not be sending these back for my warranty replacement because shipping would cost too much and corsair does not cover shipping for you. It's more worth it for me to buy a new headset.
