It’s great overall but that’s the only constant issue I’ve been having with this headset making it hard to use.

Sorry to hear, is the included charging cable no longer working for you? Other cables should fit without issue as this is a standard port. If the port seems loose, can you check inside the port to ensure that there isn't any debris that is causing obstruction?
