Doesn’t stay on your head

However, the physical design is very poor. This thing is a little heavier than my Turtle Beach headset and what kills me is the polyester. The phones/cups are lined with polyester/finer material instead of rubber. Because of that (and that it’s top heavy), anytime I look down or up, it starts sliding off my head. No matter how much I adjust the size to fit my head, it doesn’t matter. It’s very annoying.

And sorry to hear. The Void Elite series is indeed our best-fitting headset for those with medium or large sized heads but would be a horrible fit for those with smaller heads. If you still can, please give our HS70 Pro headset a look for a better fit for you.

Volume cannot be increased or decrease unless u lowere/raise it with the console and if you raise it all the way to 100 it is not loud enough (sound very low volume) reading comments online about the issue someone recommended to do a software update which I did and still the same... however they are very confortable and mic is ok....
