It is by far the best for its price, it comes with a warranty. It personally goes all the way out to my car, even mostly to my mailbox down the street. What I did was get an extension 3.0 USB and I taped the receiver to the wall 6 feet up. This dramatically extends its range. Also, it fits nicely, it's better in EVERY WAY over my 200$ Sennheiser headphones RS 175. I absolutely HATE those headphones. The sound quality was meh, the RS it uses was terrible (radio receiver.), and because it's on radio waves if you are even 2 feet away from the receiver, the headphones start to break up on you. The microphone on this was TERRIBLE but if you use a third-party audio booster it works wonderfully. The microphone is very quiet and this is an issue with ALL their headphones because for some reason they thought it was okay to make the microphone function at -10db. Yeah, you read that right, -10db. This means at max volume, they are barely a whisper. I increased them to 14+db which was the max I could go before it started to break up but it's now a normal volume. I have no idea why they did this, I can only guess it was stupidity, because this is an issue on the physical level where even a generic driver won't fix the issue. I don't use the crappy ICUE software either as it causes multiple issues with my Avara phone app for work as well as glitches in video games. It's also just plain badly designed. It is sad these headphones are touted as great for discord because they ARENT. Unless you use a third-party microphone booster, I assure you people will have a hard time hearing you. I had my friends set me to 200% volume and they STILL couldn't clearly hear me. I use a completely free and basic program called Equalizer APO. It has a configurator file and an editor, it is confusing but if you use the configurator first, THEN the editor will allow you to set up the microphone, then boost it. I would recommend setting it no higher than 14+db as for me that was the max it would go without beginning to break up and sound distorted at times. Apart from these annoying issues, they again outperform my Sennheiser in every way. It's very sad such a well-respected headphone company that sells 200$ headphones without a mic can perform so horridly. I would say if you are going to buy any sort of headphones at all, buy this first. That way you get an idea of how headphones are properly (Mostly) made. I have had many upon many different headphones. Sony, Sennheiser, logitech, etc. All 50-200$. These are by far the best I've ever had personally simply because all the others either had battery issues, connectivity issues, or comfort issues. It's amazing how cheap these headphone makers can be and get away with it. I dare not to give this 4 starts even with the problems because trust me when I say, this is the best you gonna get.

These are one of the best gaming head phone out there other than the Corsair Void pro Yellow jacket which it's sad due to the fact Corsair no longer makes them or if they do you can't find them anymore not even at the Corsair on line shop. This headset has the same quality sound and comfort the only thing I can actually say is a TRUE con about them is in the specs for them they state the battery will hold a 16 hour talk time charge and takes 2 hours to charge but as for the 16 hours of talk time /charge it doesn't when I had my first set which was the Void Pro Yellow Jacket I could charge them up to a full charge with in 2 hours the same as these and the charge would last 3 days without having to charge. With this set I charge them for 2 hours and within 3 to 4 hours of gaming the beep beep alert goes off telling me that I need to recharge them. But all in all they are one of the best out there for wireless head phones and I 100% recommend them

The sounds quality is great in these headphones. My only gripes are that the range is a bit short and the battery life drains sorta fast when actively chatting in discord. Other than that its a great purchase

I like the headset and feel that this a great value for the money I spent. I only gave it 4 stars because the first one that I bought was defective.
At first it seemed to working as it should have. Then a few days in it started to make a series of beeps, and then shutoff and on even though the battery had a good charge. I couldn't walk more then 10 feet without losing connection to the usb dongle and having to reestablishing connection with. It was a bad experience and I have numerous Corsair products so that's why I had bought it originally.
I did return to Best Buy a week later and exchanged it for a new one.
The new replacement is working fine now. Having a big noggin, this fits nicely and doesn't feel like it's squeezing my head. It has a nice sound to it, it's not a top of the line headset, but it's definitely a mid line headset and has nice sound.
One thing that's nice is that the volume control is rocker and not a dial. Being a rocker means you just have to hold down or press up to adjust the volume instead of spinning it to change the volume. The volume control can also be pressed in to rotate through the equalizer so iCue doesn't have to be opened.
I haven't had any issues with the mic and can be heard clearly.
The only issue currently, is that even with leaving it on the charger overnight, it only shows the charge at 91%. However, I think that's a display issue as It will last about 15-16 hours on the charge.
Bottom line, I find it's a solid headset and would recommend it.

My friend recommended I get these (i’ve never owned a gaming geadset) and i’m very pleased! You can hear everythinG. I usually play MR or Ghost with my friends and i was surprised when i could hear the direction of the footsteps. Not to mention how comfortable it is!

I needed to be cordless! These Wireless Gaming Headsets perform wonderfully! I was worried about range, But I can even walk into another room and I can still hear the action! The flip up to mute mic is a big bonus as my friends got tired of my eating & drinking (etc) sounds! The red light at the tip confirms I'm muted ...(just to be sure) as an added bonus! RGB is cool...but not something I need. Easy to operate & easy to charge. They work through long gaming sessions without needing a re-charge...but if they do I can charge while playing, no problem!! These Wireless headsets outperform other headsets costing alot more! Plus my "Discord" friends all say the sound is very clear and loud. Plus, one of my group has these exact headsets, and he always comes thru loud & clear! He recommended these Corsairs to me multiple times! So I couldnt ask for anything more out of this headset! I'd been looking at reviews of alot of other wireless gaming headsets for about a month! Every time I thought I had made up my mind ...I'd read a few negative reviews and decide that I didn't want those headsets- but then I started to realize that everybody and anybody can get a bad pair....occasionally, so don't let negative reviews stop you! Look at the overall reviews...if there's a few negative reviews on the headsets you like, set them aside...like I did. I bit the bullet & got these Corsairs. I've had them for a little time so far... and I'm so much happier being cordless! Plus they went on sale! ANOTHER BONUS! So for the price, the features and the freedom from cords... these are wonderful and they're working great so far! I'll update later if things change. My gaming friends Corsairs are also working great & he's had them for over 4 months now.

Okay, this review is based off my previous headset. It was an Alienware Tri Mode Wireless Gaming Headset - AW920H.
This headset I have is okay. It's comfortable. I wear glasses so I know I was looking for a headset that took the pressure off the pressure point with my glasses. The issue I have is the Bluetooth aspect. I purchased this in February 2024. About 2 months ago, I started having connection issues with this headset. I know there is a limit regarding how far away you can be from the dongle. However, I know I don't leave 58that far from my desktop with my headset on the same floor. However, if I go in the basement to switch over laundry for example The headset is clear. If my kitchen is next to my room/office why is the connection so spotty that I have to turn off the headset and turn it back on? I hope that make sense. The sound is good. It feels like noise cancelling isn't that great. However, these are louder than my previous headset. Overall, I will probably replace these sooner than later,
Definitely not the experience we'd want you having, please contact our team directly right on our site at any time for assistance.

They work fairly well. Battery life is so-so, but not bad. My biggest complaint by FAR are the fact that it ships with a micro-USB charging port instead of USB-C, which is absolutely insane in this day and age. It's just so cumbersome and awful. The other issue is the dongle it comes with. Literally the size of a Flash Drive, and it's bright yellow. Their mice ship with USB-C and a tiny dongle, why can't this be the same? Otherwise i would generally recommend.

This has been my probably 12th headset the same one over years. If you wear glasses these hug perfectly in all the right places and don’t hurt your head.

This is by no means an audiophile quality headset of course, but given the price point, I love this headset. The main thing for me is comfort; when I wear my Sony XM4s, despite being more premium, I get a headache within a couple hours. These I can wear all day, which is great. It does rely on Corsair’s iCue software, which I use anyways so that is not an issue with me but for anyone who understandably does not want extra bloatware, this is not for you. The audio and mic quality is average for this price point. The directional audio is a bit of a weak point but works well enough. These headphones do fall off easily if you move a lot, so do ming that this might be a love or hate situation.
