Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the XENEON 27" OLED monitor's excellent picture quality, high refresh rate, and vibrant OLED display. Many appreciate the monitor's adjustable stand, but some find the brightness insufficient and HDR performance lacking. The high price point is also a recurring concern for some customers. Overall, the positive feedback on picture quality and refresh rate is significant.

Absolutely the best display I have seen! 240hz, crisp 1440p with the bold contrast of Oled along with impressive response times you can't go wrong, the only bad thing I can say is some would not like the anti glare coating because it does affect the color [ somewhat] but if you have a window nearby it definitely makes the picture more visible over glossy! Also upgrading from one of the last gen TN panels its an improvement for me in the color space aswell!

    Beautiful gaming display

Overall I love this display, it's perfect for gaming, watching videos, and even web browsing. It's also impressive just how thin and light the monitor is. I have it mounted to an arm and it's so easy to move around and rotate as needed, which I rarely did with LCD monitors because they're heavy and difficult to position right. A couple of tips from my use: For me, the brightness stabilizer setting is not necessary. I'm mostly using it for gaming and media, and I'm not really bothered when brightness changes while using the web browser. Which doesn't really happen much anyway because I use everything in dark mode. Try it both ways and see what you prefer. To improve text clarity, you can use a program called MacType to adjust font rendering in Windows. The most important parts to make text look better on OLED is to use "No anti-aliasing" and either "No optimization" or "Optimization 1" for LCD optimization. With Optimization 1, my secondary LCD monitor still looks fine. You can probably achieve the same settings under Linux but I haven't figured it out. On Mac, it looks good out of the box. My only complaints about the monitor: the USB hub isn't very useful for my purposes, it doesn't work when the monitor is turned off and can't be adjusted independently of the display source, so you can't use your peripherals with the computer connected to USB-C while the monitor is displaying HDMI video from a game console. The other thing is that the image retention refresh cycle can't run when the video source is turned off, meaning you have to remember to turn off the monitor and wait a while before putting your PC to sleep if you want the cycle to run automatically.

Corsair did a really good job with this monitor. There are more in-depth monitor reviews out there that go into great detail on the specs of this monitor. However I would like to speak to the experience having this monitor as a daily driver. - 240hz is incredibly smooth - Input delay and response time is immaculate on this monitor. - Great color reproduction - More than enough brightness in HDR and SDR despite reviews. - Very good ergonomics with included stand - Amazing port selection on monitor and usb c upstream/downstream - Hdmi 2.1 is tremendous for console and high refresh gaming at 4k - Matte coating is very good for reflections especially gaming at a high level with many lights in a row ( streaming or near windows ) - Proximity sensor osd is great to pull up monitor settings

The reason for 4/5 star is it doesnt offer more for the price. The LG UltraGear OLED 27 has HDR and brigher at full screen compared to the Corsair and yet LG has released a firmware update to address the brightness issue. I have sharp eyes, so I can notice the little details about the brightness, for some, they might be okay with the screen. At $1000 and no HDR certification, its a deal breaker for me, not to mention the lack of customizable screen displays and burn in preventions. I returned this in a week after checking out the LG at Best Buy. I might consider this if Corsair issue a firmware update about the full screen brightness and the LG doesnt broke down.

Looks great most of the but the monitor is very dull and if you have a lcd panel with the same picture next to it you can tell there are alot of details missing in darker images. Good if you get it on sale and can take the lack of brightness but otherwise i wouldnt personally spend $1000 on it

I have really missed LCD displays. Displays now-adays are washed out and gray. I dont want to have to choose between darkest blacks and the most vibrant color. I wasn't even looking for a monitor when the vibrancy of this screen caught my eye. My partner played around with it and played some 4k youtube videos on it and it did not disappoint. Bought two immediately and didnt bat an eye. Beautiful display, beautiful shadows, beautiful colors, no regrets!

You get what you pay for with this: 240 fps at 1440p, great colors, and fast response time. Even though this has no HDR certification, and that's probably the only reason you wouldn't buy this over the other 240hz WOLEDs out, it looks good in Windows HDR. I will say that this was after finally upgrading to Windows 11 to get the HDR calibration and it was not great before that.

I had high expectations with this being a 240hz OLED panel, however it is overall disappointing and I would stay away unless the only thing you do is game… even then I think there are better options. The panel is incredibly dim, even at max brightness with latest firmware. If you turn on brightness stabilization it is compatible to a typical ips panel at 20% brightness. With this feature turned off, brightness is improved but the panel constantly dims and brightens in the middle of doing things and it is highly distracting. HDR was underwhelming compared to other monitors I’ve used and lags far behind a tv like the lg c2 or Samsung s95b. The only thing this panel has going for it is the instant pixel response and 240hz, but honestly 1000 dollars for a 1440p panel with all of the drawbacks this has…. Just not worth it.

I have had an OLED TV for years now; 2 actually. An LG B9 and a C1. Once you have an OLED and you see just how magical they can bs, it’s hard to settle with a regular LCD again. When I saw that OLED monitors were available, I was super excited! The contrast on this is great, rhe build quality is amazing (seriously, it’s the best monitor I have ever owned in that regard) and it even shows you on the screen where the buttons/options are when you wave your hand underneath. There are, however, 2 things holding this monitor back; brightness (to an extent) and the matte finish on it. This monitor uses an LG panel on it, and currently LG’s OLED panels for monitors have aggressive auto-dimming/power management to reduce the change of burn-in. There is not a way to fully disable this feature, so a white screen will look a lot dimmer than, say, a bright scene in a game or a movie. The matte finish also kind of mutes the overall feel of the monitor, making it seem more like an LCD than an OLED. In saying that, this is still the best monitor I have ever owned and while I am sure the next generation of OLED monitors will fix these issues, this is still an excellent product.

    Great SDR Horrible HDR

There is no way I would recommend this monitor to anyone. Yes it is OLED and High refresh rate. BUT it lacks brightness and HDR is horrible. This is even after the V104 firmware update. Design: I liked the design and the ports on the back. Great if you want to connect HDMI 2.1, USB-C and other USB-A connections. I do not like that they capped the HDMI 2.1 to 18GBPs. They should allow the full bandwidth. I did not mind the matte finish since on glossy screens (at least in my room) you can see reflections. Display: In SDR mode I do think this monitor is great. Colors look good. You do have to play around with the settings to your prefrences. HDR is where this monitor sucks. Colors seemed washed out. Even after performing the WIndows HDR calibration. OSD: I actually love the OSD controls on Corsairs monitors. They are easy to use and I did love the hand sensor feature to find the buttons. Connectivity: You will have all the ports you need. Minus fullbandwith for HDMI 2.1. I liked that they included all the required cables inside the box. I think they did an OK job for their 1st OLED monitor. The SDR great HDR not even close. Not sure why they decided to limit bandwidth on HDMI port.
